Dugan has been very professional. They are always on time. They thoroughly explain the services they performed that day. Make appropriate recommendations. And timely complete all repairs. I highly recommend the service plan and they have kept my system heating and cooling running in great shape for years.

Good service... Get the service contract to save money and keep your system running at peak efficiency! My service call was included with my Service Agreement on this latest issue so it saved me money and the Techs now have history data on my system. I recommend Dugan HVAC as a home owner looking for quality, on time, cost-effective service. Kevin, Max, and Joey have all been good to have show up at my house.

I have been using Dugan Air for about 10 years. The service is consistently excellent. I had a scheduled service call yesterday for maintenance on the AC unit. I received a text confirmation, a phone call from the technician and a text message confirming the time along with the technicians name and photo. Very reassuring in this day and age. The technician explained step by step what he would be doing and professionally answered every question. Kevin was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. As always, superior service from Dugan.

I shopped around allot to find the best value for the system I wanted installed. Dugan did a great job installing my system and if you compare apples to apples you will find they are the ones to go with. I’m very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
