Dugan Air Heating & Cooling

After the 1st company I called failed to show up after I took a full day off work, I called Dugan and they came out on time the next morning fixed my system and got me running again. Couldn't be happier with their entire team.

Bill and the Dugan team always take care of us! Our heater was putting out cold air last week and they had a tech out within a couple hours and got everything working again! Dugan is the only team I’d call for my house & business!

Max was great. We will be using Dugan air again. Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge. They were also quick to respond!

This is the second year for my heating maintenance. The service tech called when he was 30 minutes away and was timely, Polite and thorough.

11/22 After my most recent cleaning it was determined the furnace required replacement. Everyone from financing as well as installation and cleanup were friendly and professional.

Arrived on time, in fact, a little ahead of schedule. Very courteous. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. Made sure I understood the new thermostat before leaving. Super helpful. We Always have a good experience with Dugan.

Found Dugan on FB via a spring a/c tuneup for $57.00, scheduled the appt and must say I got a call and txt (along with a picture of the Tech Joe Taylor that was coming which I thought was really cool. Joe was a very professional and nice young man. He found a few things bad and explained it all in detail, fix them on the spot at a very fair price. Would not hesitate calling them again for any heating and cooling issues, they area 100% top notch Company

Same day service to replace fan on furnace. Aaron did awesome. He made calls to fubd replacement fan and came back to install. Aaron answered questions and friendly. Highly recomnend Dugan Air Heating & Cooling for all HVAC needs.

Communication was great- we received a call to ask if the tech could come earlier. We received a text prior to the tech coming to our home telling us who would be coming and there was even a picture of the tech who would be helping us. Tech was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood what the problem was with our system and what needed to be fixed in order for it to run correctly. We appreciated all of the communication we received, especially the service tech’s explanation of the problem. We will definitely recommend Dugan Air to our friends & family!

Purchase full Furnace/AC from Dugan in 2022. Have continued with the maintenance plan. They are always on time and courteous/professional.
