We used Dugan to replace our 18 year old heating and air conditioning system. Their sales representative, Jeremy Doll, met with us to discuss our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the latest technology and proper sizing. We settled on an electric heat pump with natural gas furnace as back up. This was the system offering the highest energy savings. Jeremy was also very familiar with the utility rebates and Federal tax credits available to help lower the cost. He scheduled the installation for the following week. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job of removing the old system and installing the new. They were very conscientious to ensure that everything was cleaned up and to provide a very professional installation. They took the time to go over the features of the new system including how to program the new thermostat. They really went out of their way to make sure that we understood the energy savings features and that we were satisfied with everything. If a ten star rating was available, we would have definitely provided it. It is great when you get such great service when making an investment in a new heating and cooling system and we highly recommend Dugan Air Heating and Cooling.

Jeremy Doll did a thorough inspection of the room needing the installation, selected a great unobtrusive placement for the condenser, and was very easy to work with. If you want a solid warranty backed by great communication and support, this is the guy for the job.

Dugan Air is always professional, on time, friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, reliable, and accommodating. Dan sold us a new furnace and air conditioner that’s been such a positive change for our house. Max is our favorite service tech. He’s educated us about our system and filters a few times with great patience. We completely trust Max’s work and skills! We’ve also had Joey visit once for routine maintenance and he was just as superb as all Dugan Air employees!
