Showed up exactly as promised. The tech called to tell me when he would be at my doorstep.(even received a pic of the tech that was coming)Very courteous and respectful. Did not pressure me into anything. Showed me pics of my furnace running and explained the part I needed replaced. Would recommend this company to anyone!

The first salesman that came to my house was awful, and provided a terrible experience. He did as little work as possible , was not thorough in any way , was argumentative and gave me information I knew to be false and just generally bad. I reached out to Dugan , gave them the opportunity to revisit after speaking to the owner , who himself came out the following week. The majority of his visit was great , but by the end he was mildly dismissive. I was clearly hesitant , as they were double the price of competitors , but still wanted the estimate . The visit ended very awkwardly , and I was never sent the estimate as I very clearly requested . I was incredibly accomodating and still ended up with a bad experience . Based on this I would not recommend .

Dwight from Dugan was timely and professional. I'm impressed by how prompt Dugan's service was, especially in the middle of the hottest week of the summer. Dwight diagnosed and fixed our A/C in less than an hour and then performed a thorough check of our HVAC system. I would recommend Dugan to anyone in the Franklin/Greenwood area.

Power surge took out our unit. They responded the same day and got the units replaced the next work day.

Previous provider included cleaning the electronic air filter and 1 time per year pulled and cleaned the blower. That company sold and the new one tried to sell me a new system which was not needed. Your service man was polite and answered all my questions.

Bill was kind and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the continued service!

Max at Dugan Air performed a semi-annual inspection of our HVAC system and installed a surge protector. He was very professional and personable. He worked quickly, cleanly and briefed us on our HVAC status when he was done. He also installed a surge protector during this same visit so we didn’t have to schedule a return trip. We’re very pleased with Dugan Air and would recommend them.
