Dugan Air Heating & Cooling

Have used Dugan for about 4 years now, including preventative maintenance. They have helped with a repair that included working with the manufacturer on a warranty repair (for equipment they didn't even install). Very timely and all of the techs we've worked with have been polite. Bill was our tech today and couldn't be more pleased.

From the initial contact, we've had nothing but a great experience with Dugan Air.
From the original maintenance Technician, who fixed our old, underperforming furnace and got us up and running immediately, to the sales rep who came out to talk us through the options for replacement.
Right up to the two installation engineers who came promptly and worked efficiently to install our new complete HVAC system. We were very pleased with our overall experience.
Also, Dugan Air filled out the necessary paperwork for our rebate from our Gas company and sent us said paperwork, all we needed to do was sign it and send it off. I can't recommend this company enough to anyone looking for professional, courteous, efficient & affordable HVAC work in your home. Call them today if you need anything done.

Adding to my post from this summer. Just had my furnace checked and serviced. These guys are great. My tech today, Bill, was great.
He was knowledgeable and showed and explained to me options and features I wasn't familiar with. I also love that they send me a text with the picture of the tech who will be coming to my home. That's really nice. Great company.

Air conditioner decided to stop working during the night. I called Dugan air around 9am in the morning and was told a technician could be out same day. The technician called when he was on his way and gave me an ETA. I've at my home, he was friendly, polite, courteous, and kept me informed about what he was doing. Overall, a great experience and air conditioning was working within an hour and a half. Will definitely use this company again.

Very professional company, our technician was Aaron and he was awesome. He was very polite and professional. He was very thorough and informative. I needed 2 small parts and he took the time to explain their function, the state they were in, and my options. The price for the repairs was very reasonable.

From the phone call to the office, to scheduling to the technician showing up when they said he would the same day, my experience with Dugan Air was top-notch. Max was straightforward and honest about the condition of my HVAC and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I ended up signing up for a service plan and it is money well spent. Dugan did a great job. I called in response to an ad I received by mail. The coupon had recently expired, but they still honored the special, and had a technician at my house within 3 hours of my call. He was polite, and pointed out some simple DIY ways to extend the life of our system.

Reached out to Dugan Air and they were so professional, asked a few questions and knew right away how important it was to get our system fixed. They explained that they would send someone out asap but that it might be after hours and even then gave me options to wait until morning. When I got ready to say we can wait I got a text that alerted me that my technician was on their way! Thomas was professional along with his the other technician. Quickly they accessed things and explained what needed done. Highly recommend and will call them again when needed.
