Matt and Chris were great, they stayed on task and worked through bad weather to install our system. They were very knowledgeable, and very helpful in understanding our new system. Bill was amazing! I went in assuming I was going to be price gouged (since I'm a woman). Bill gave me 4 options (all various price points) and took the time to explain each one. Nicole was also VERY helpful and had Bill out to the house in 30 minutes! I was shocked! I will use DuganAir in the future, because of those two employees.

DuganAir provides exceptional work, both timely and affordable. Let’s be honest it’s hard to pay for repairs because they never seem to happen when we are prepared for it. DuganAir always comes out right away even on the weekends, holidays and any other time most companies don’t work. Employees are always professional and provide great information while they are working on the issue. They are quick to address and go over the options available and the costs. I highly recommend this company.

Today's technician was very knowledgeable and fast. We discussed heat pumps and electric bills and both agreed there isn't much you can do about the cost of electric. I am always happy with the people both the receptionist and the technicians at Dugan Air heating and cooling.
