Dugan Air Heating & Cooling

I had my normal check up for my AC and Aaron was really helpful! I ended up needing some work done that was extra and he was very patient while I wrapped my head around it all financially. I've used these guys for about 6 years now and I have amazing service every time! And he was on time, which is never my luck with any other companies I've worked with. Thanks, Dugan Air!

The tech, Joey, did a great job and was very thorough in his explanation. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was very conscious to ensure we understood everything about our system.

My experience with Bill C. at the company was that he is punctual, communicative, honest, and provided information that helped me make the best decision for now and the future. He fully answered questions, was patient, and made recommendations based on my concerns. The company offers plans at three different levels that give great value and the staff is professional and friendly. I wish I had called them years earlier.

My air-conditioner went down and I had no idea who to call. The reviews on Dugan were fantastic and they were local so I decided to try them out. Showed up an hour after calling. They were here for a couple of hours and got it back up and running. They only changed tge diagnostic fee! Very honest and thorough. I was super happy and it's now cooling down in my home!! I'll definitely use them again

Highly professional as always, would definitely recommend. Because they send a picture of the technician ahead of time you know you are always safe with who is entering your home.
