We kept receiving texts and email notifications alerting us that the humidity in the house was too high. My husband and I could not figure out why, so I called Dugan Air Heating & Cooling. A service technician came and checked the whole system (which is not yet a year old) right away, cleaned the compressor and reset the Ecobee thermostat. He did a thorough job checking everything out. There was no charge since the system is still under warranty. It gave me great peace of mind to know that everything is in good working order with August just around the corner. Kevin was very friendly and kept me informed on what he was doing.

I had a bypass damper installed. It is supposed to make my current 2 zone system quieter and more efficient. Time will tell. Considering the materials and time involved in this job I feel the price was excessive. Cannot see where the price was justified.

UPDATE: I can honestly say that my heating system is quieter and the heat distribution is better since the whole house damper was installed. The house has been very comfortable this winter season. I am quite satisfied.

A gas leak was discovered in our home today, and after getting a little bit of a run around on who could actually fix it, I finally called Dugan Air. The person who answered the phone was SO nice and helpful. Someone was out at our house in roughly an hour and had the leak fixed so quickly! 100% recommend Dugan Air!

Ezra is fairly new to Dugan Air (we’ve used Dugan Air for years) and you could just tell he was a really good person. He did a great job and was extremely friendly and professional. Nice hire Dan!
