Ray's Heating & Air Conditioning

This company has left my wife, infant son, and myself in the cold without heat for over a week. We are dealing with a home warranty and this is apparently too much for them to deal with. They drop me as a customer, a week into no heat and then claim that I am the reason for my issues. Leaving me at step one with a new service provider and fuming that they make the claim that I break my own equipment in the middle of winter.
Ray’s is upset that they had to deal with phone calls and had to submit paperwork. Their immature manager who claims I’m breaking my own equipment because they can’t do it is also another reason as to never deal with this place.

We had Ray's install a new furnace and a/c unit recently. Their pricing was better than their competition and their service was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called for air conditioning out. They explained with the heatwave they were swamped. They were at my house within 6 hours and Chase had my air conditioner up and running. Great service. Purchased a 10 year annual service contract along with new a/c and gas furnace. It's about $100 per year. I have had good service. I am sure I have saved $$$ with the service agreement. During the last service the technician replaced circuits in the controller. No charge. Overall Excellent.
