Today Ryan Herring was here to do my spring check-up on the heat pump. He is a great asset to your company __a very polite,friendly and efficient tech. He explained everything to me that he found (all was good) and he got his work done in a very timely manner. And then there is Herb who is definitely THE Shekell man !! He is always my go-to person for all my concerns and questions and I depend on him a bunch and he never steers me wrong !!! Had some issues with my system and had to wait for parts to come in. My technician Troy checked in on us 3 times that week to make sure our system was still running efficiently enough during that period. When parts came in, Troy took care of business and was so knowledgeable about his craft and respectful. I appreciate all the people that were involved in solving our problem and I can not thank Troy enough .
They replaced our old Carrier AC unit and Trane heating. Which was 28 years old. Decided to go back with all Carrier. Wouldn't go with any other brand. It definitely held up over the years. Showed up at 8 o''clock that morning and was done by early that afternoon.. Hauled off the old units and left everything nice and clean. Joe and his crew were friendly and professional. Great service.
Shekell has been our home's HVAC people for over 20 years. We've NEVER had a bad experience with either the seasonal maintance techs or those that arrive when we've had "after hour" problems. Always very respectful people whether it's Herb or the ladies in the office setting up appointments, Ryan who was here yesterday, or Troy who was here 2 weeks ago to fix our linking AC but ending up staying until 9 pm to install a new thermostat that we failed at installing ourselves. We trust them completely and will continue to have Shekell has our HVAC people.
Called on Monday morning asking about appraisal for new A/C - Furnace install. I was told someone would call me back soon. Late Monday afternoon I called back telling them no one had called. I was told my request had been routed to someone who had taken a vacation day and he would call Tuesday. It is now Thursday and still no call. We hired another company and install is set for next week. Extremely dissatisfied.
Technician Troy listened carefully to my concerns, and asked questions that ultimately led to a spot-on diagnosis. As always, the quality of the service delivered by the professional was appreciated.

I don't know if every tech will give you the same experience but Ryan Herring was excellent.
Had a busted pipe in the bathroom. Canaan came out and was the nicest friendliest plumber I’ve ever encountered. In a situation like this I had no idea what to do or what to expect. He was easy to talk to and very professional.

Everyone I came into contact with, specifically Troy and Hannah, knew their stuff and were extremely helpful. We have tried other companies, ( I won't name names) and when I asked them questions about the repair or unit they wanted to install, they really had no information. Hannah was great in helping assure us that we were getting the right unit and Troy was polite, professional and did a great job with installation.

I got lucky to get a next day appointment for a routine service. The tech was great-- work and communication.
He ran into issue with my water spout not shutting off outside after cleaning my filter. He located the shutoff himself to stop the water.
The only thing he could have done more suggest JE Shekell would send a plumber to fix it since it wasn't inoperable on arrival.
Nevertheless, I will stall call for all of my HVAC needs without hesitation.
