J.E. Shekell, Inc.

We have been customers of J E Shekell, Inc. for 21 years. Their heating and cooling technicians, their office, and service department have always been polite, very knowledgeable, timely, and curious. But more than this, we feel they are people who live in this community and want to be a good reflection on it.

Technician Blain Perry arrived on time to provide the fall maintenance on the HVAC system. Very personable and professional. I feel confident in the service JE Shekell provides.

Mark Moore cane out and preformed our summer service this week and he did such a great job! I enjoyed working with him. He did a great job of communicating with me, answering questions, and providing our service. He is so great to work with, just like everyone at Shekell.

Furnace blower quit blowing. Ron came out and did a thorough check and all the system needed was a reset. I learned something new today with his help!

Marcos came over a few hours after I called. He called to let me know he was on his way, was very nice on the phone and informative.
He got to the house quick and figured out our problem quickly after we had been told we needed a new furnace. It's a 30 year old furnace, so I know it's at the end of its lifetime, but 2020 has been rough and I'm so glad he was able to fix it for a good price.

Greg was my service technician for seasonal system maintenance. Greg was prepared, efficient, professional and kind. My HVAC system is cooling very well. Greg provided awesome service.

JE Shekell has provided us outstanding service for over 20 years. Our recent AC repair was diagnosed quickly, and Marcos the repair technician was very professional. He had our system repaired quickly, and it was apparent that he enjoys and takes pride in his work.

Marcos was amazing! I called after hours and he was at my home within 30 minutes. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and give me multiple solutions. He went above and beyond by calling Carrier for me, and got the needed part through my warranty that I wouldn't have that I still had. Marcos was quick, kind, and saved my husband and I a ton of time and money. We will be using his service through J.E. Shekell for all of our future H VAC needs.

I very much appreciated Ryan's being here at the earliest part of the 9-12 time frame. He was professional, responsive, and friendly.
