I needed an estimate for a dryer issue. Shekell arrived on time, they were very polite, professional, & informative. We scheduled the date for the job. They showed up on time. These 2 were also polite, professional, did a good job in good time. Talking with them on the phone, was the same, so I mentioned that all aspects of a job are important to a customer. I did not have the same experience with a previous company, who’s prices were higher, so Shekell now has my business. 👍🏼👍🏼

What started as a simple new "smart" thermostat install and a check on a low airflow register turned into a great learning experience with Mark and Brian! These two guys walked me through my whole HVAC system, its zones, what each did , how it worked, what was causing my issues and explained how best to correct the problems. They explained how the new smart thermostats work and that with actual corrections to my physical system would better correct my problems. They could have easily just changed thermostats that I thought would fix a problem and been done but instead they helped me understand the system & the better and correct way to make it right! That's why I use J.E. Shekell !

Art was amazing he came by when he said and beyond to check back with us to make center point showed up after he called the first thank you art!

RE: Plumbing Dept. (Removal of our old claw foot tub and installation of a walk in shower) My husband and I were extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that we received from J.E. Shekell, Inc. with this recent upgrade to our home. When I called to inquire if J.E. Shekell did home plumbing upgrades, Danny Hammers took my call. He talked with us on the phone and set up an appointment within just a day or two. He arrived at the time and date that he said. He was professional, attentive to details and told us that he would get an estimate ready. He sent that estimate to us by email within a day. Once we signed the agreement, he was able to schedule for the job within a couple of weeks. During the work at our home, Lloyd Grigsby (along with a couple of other men that I didn't get their names) arrived on time and completed the work with precision, professionalism and courtesy. We would highly recommend J.E. Shekell for any residential plumbing issues that you have. Danny helped simplify the process from beginning to end.
