Can't say enough good things about the guys at JE Shekell. Jeff installed my new heat & AC today. Very professional, on time, friendly and high quality work.

Ryan and Drew were friendly, professional and did everything they could to address issues. Ryan contacted his supervisor and issue was addressed immediately to my satisfaction.

I cannot attest to the quality in that we did not use this vendor. My complaint is blatant price gouge. They came to the house evaluated and indicated a new 40 gal AO Smith gas water heater would be needed. Cost…. $2200!. This did not sound right . I inquired at two other places…. 50 gal AO Smith gas water heater …. $1400 and $1200!!! My sister , whom I represent is alone and a senior citizen on a very limited budget. I do not mind paying for quality but this disparity in cost is obvious and extreme. Be fair only and always…. Especially to our seniors.

Professional all the way from start to finish. The people at the office were very helpful - had a technician to my home when they said they would. The plumbers were great. They took a huge job and made it look easy. Very pleased with the work - if you are looking for water heater or water softeners J.E. Shekell is the one I'd recommend whole heartedly - excellent service company of professionals.

had canaan and logan at our home to install 40 gallon gas water heater. they had the old one out and new water heater and expansion tank installed quickly . great job and very professional
office staff was very helpful in working with my schedule will continue to use je shekell for all plumbing electrical and hvac service.

There were 10 visits total between my electrical and heating problems...not happy about the overtime used but all in all I am satisfied with the work by all techs involved. I appreciate Art Owen (electrician) and Troy Higdon (heating repair tech) for their great service. Roy and their other associate (sorry I forgot his name) that installed new heating system were nice and professional as well. Joe (heating repair) was nice to come out and point out the breaker wasn't turned on on my new unit (install oversight). I am happy to have a new furnace esp since we have snow in forecast for tomorrow! Thank you also to the girls in the office and Shelby (dispatch) for coordinating schedules. There was a little miscommunication in definite dates and times but that office is busy this time of year...thank you also to Tom East for taking time after hours to come and give me an estimate for my new heating system and labor. Thank you Jeff for helping get my heat figured out in the nick of time! I would recommend J.E. Shekell for the quality and attention to detail and honesty and value for the parts and labor.

Excellent, prompt service to repair a broken air conditioner when temperatures were soaring. Reliable and professional.

Roy and Ron did a fantastic job very polite did not rush the installation made sure unit worked before leaving and cleaned up after themselves recommend using there service to everyone

Technician was very nice, completed the check on the system and went over everything with me and wanted to know if I had any questions. Very professional.
Will come back next week to complete some repair work outside for me.
