My electric meter got torn off the house in those terrible winds Saturday morning. I called shekell and Art Owens called me right back. He had me send him photos of the damage and said the power needed to be turned off and he needed supplies and he would be there Sunday morning, which was absolutely fine with me. Sunday he got here and went right to work, and called centerpoint to arrange for power to be restored.
He was kind, thoughtful, and very professional. He is an outstanding member of your team!

Eric completed electrical work for our kitchen remodeling job. He was very focused and did a very good job. He is very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend him and JE Shekell. We have used Shekell for our heating and air for close to 30 years, so using them for electrical work was easy.

These guys are great. We have used them for years. They have replaced both HVAC units, water heater, water softener, garbage disposal, faucets, etc. Always go the extra mile. This week, Greg was our service tech for our scheduled maintenance. He spent all the time needed locating a minor problem with a bare wire that could have turned into a large problem and got it repaired. He really knew his stuff and explained what was going on and what he was doing while getting it done. Found some wasps near the outside compressor and got them killed as well. We will continue to use them and would highly recommend their company. Thanks again guys !!

Darren showed up late on a cold evening to check out my furnace, which had failed. He quickly found the problem. An inducer assembly part had burned out. He called me promptly at 7:30 AM the next morning to inform me about the required part.

Although I feel all the technicians are good Darrin Eaton is the most thorough and goes the extra mile. I feel I have gotten my money worth after seeing his work. He performed tests on heating system that I have never seen the other technicians perform. I will be requesting him to do my maintenance in the future.

I have used JE Shekell for several repairs, from electrical issues to heat and A/C problems and have always been pleased with their service. Their techs are always knowledgeable about what needs to be done and they are the only repairmen I've used that have actually shown up on time and even been early! I also appreciate that they will come in an emergency, to my knowledge the only Vincennes repair service that does that. Keep up the good work!
