I can't say enough about the staff at J.E. Shekell.

A week or so before our scheduled appointment, a young lady called to remind us about our upcoming service.

On the day of our scheduled service, Greg called ahead to let us know he was coming. Once he arrived, he went right to work. Greg was extremely courteous as well as professional. Greg was very competent and able to answer all our questions. It's obvious that Greg is a master craftsman.

After our service, I received a call from J.E. Shekell. This was a follow-up call asking if I had any additional questions and verifying that the service met our expectations. I could only answer that we were 100% satisfied and that Greg had done a tremendous job.

If you're looking for on-time, honest, professional and courteous service, J.E. Shekell is the obvious choice.

Got home Friday after a 12 hour day at work only to find the AC had stopped working. The repairman, Troy, wasn't able to get there until 9:30 pm due to being on other calls, but kept me informed of his progress regarding arrival time. He had had a very long day as well but was still very courteous and professional. He was able to get my unit running again in a timely manner. Thank you Troy!

Renewed maintenance program via Armour. Herb was very helpful and explained the program. Appreciated his help.

Very happy with this company, have been using them for about 2 years now. Very happy with Troy Baumgardner. He found the reason why my ac condensation wasn't running out to the outside. Made up a new trap, gave me tips on how to keep it gunk free. Cleaned up the heatpump from grass debris and checked everything needed for maintenance. Troy was very knowledgeable, and very nice. He will be on my request for service/maintenance list in the future

I used J.E Shekell for the installation of my new heating and cooling system. The experience from the quote to the completion of the installation went very smoothly and was an all around great experience. They were able to answer any questions that I had and walked me through the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone that has and HVAC, plumbing, or electrical needs based off my experience I had.

We have used J.E. Shekell for many years. They have always been very responsive to all of our needs (electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, installation, repair, and maintenance). When we call them, we know it will be done professionally and completely. I want to give a special thank you to Herb for answering so many of my questions over the years.

They have been out to work on our AC last summer and our furnace today. Darrin Eaton is very professional , courteous , knowledgeable and explains the problem in a way that can be easily understood. He even discovered , without me asking him to check , that the part for our furnace was still under warranty so the bill was less than he had originally told me. Don’t mind paying for a service call when you get the service that they / he provides.
