K&W Premier Heating and Air

My whole unit has been nothing but a mess. The first time we used them the job was sent to this company through my home warranty. While I was frustrated having to wait on parts and to get it fixed Wayne did a great job.
A month later we had a different issue. Our fan blade and motor needed replaced. Wayne called me at 8pm to let me know he was headed my way to install the parts as they had come in. I can not tell you how grateful we are for this company and their excellent service. After a few miserable days with no AC we are now resting easy.

He didn't even seem bothered by my kids wanting to watch and see what was going on and ask questions.

We Recently had a Remarkable diagnostic job and a fix in the same Day! ***Something PERFECTion Heating and Air DID NOT find in May / UNDER WArranty...having them come again in July for same problem!!*****They were going to OVERCHARGE for a part that was NOT the Problem!!! It ended up being a bad Coil and Perfection was going to replace just the valve "Shout out" to BRIAN EATON ..with K & W Heating & Air!!
He (Diagnosed...got the part.. fixed it same-day AND it was Covered under Warranty)..Thank you B. Eaton and Thank you J. Gansman!!!! We are now K & W Customers!! Brian took care of us as Customers!! Air is not ONLY Cooling but it is NOW shutting off instead of running all day! They have SAVED us ALOT of $$!! With Centerpoint too!! We are SO THANKFUL!!!!! Thank u so much!! Now with K & W and Brian taking great care of us we feel like this will be a Great Investment!!!

K & W replaced one of our units. They did a wonderful job. Everyone that I talked to at the company was very professional and friendly. They did the job in a very timely matter. I would definetly recommend them to all of my family and friends.

A/C went out during the hottest May/June ever. They worked around my work schedule to come over and get it fixed. It took no time at all for them to diagnose the problem and fix it. My house was cool by bedtime, so I got that going for me which was nice!

We received awesome service from K&W! My son just got home from the hospital on a weekend and the AC was out. I was referred by a friend to Wayne and Kari! They responded within minutes and had someone there within an hour! Adam figured out the problem quickly and the AC was working again! We will definitely be calling them again if we need anything!
