Schmitt was provider for previous owner of our house that was adopted over for our convenience at first. The few times we’ve had to call them they have been on time, professional, yet down to earth in a manner that they “talk to you not at you” and partake in conversations with customers not sales pitches. They’ve always been on time, quick quality work, and want customers to be happy. Even with one minor hiccup, they are willing to say “hey that’s on us” and go the extra mile to make up for it. We by no means wanted to have replace our AC this summer but we trusted them enough to take care of us and new we were going to get great quality.

Very satisfied overall. Offered next day service. Service tech Todd Harmon arrived on time and was very personable… and having 30 yrs experience in heating and air, was able to diagnose and repair our aging home A/C system in less than 30 minutes.
Have dealt with large companies in the past who tried to push unnecessary repairs simply to boost profits. Not the case with this company. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Matt arrived early, thoroughly checked our system and left no trace of himself. He was friendly and efficient, reset the thermostat exactly and made sure that attic lights were turned off. We are always satisfied with our service. You won’t go wrong to trust Schmitt

It's good to know my AC is ready to go for the cooling season. When Schmidtt's techs come to my home, they take care of my system in the house and the compressor outside. Service has always been excellent! Service tech Sean was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my a/c and replaced the part needed on the spot. Very reasonable price! I highly recommend Schmitt!

Wife said Todd was nice and professional. He told her we would get a receipt in the mail so I was waiting for it before giving the review. Haven't received it yet and it's been more than two weeks so I'll do it anyway. I feel like we were grossly overcharged. 150 dollars a pound for freon is on the high side of the range that I found was being charged. So with the amount of freon put in, that leaves the service charge over 400 dollars. Just, wow. I was stunned when I saw the total amount. Bad on me for not getting an estimate first.

Matt from Schmitt Refrigeration called to let me know he was on the way for my service appointment. He performed the annual maintenance on the A/C system and answered my questions as he performed the work. He cleaned the unit, checked electrical and gas pressures. He also checked my air filter. I have been using Schmitt for over 20 years and I have always had good service from them and knowledgeable friendly service personnel.
