Johnstone almost always has or can get any HVAC parts that I may need..

Man called my daughter's phone looking for J. Jackson. She told him her name and he had the wrong number. He argued with her calling her a liar. I called the number right back on my cell an older lady answered the phone. When I asked for the owner or manager she stated he was unavailable. She asked who I was, i gave her my name and number. But when I asked for the company name and her name she refused to tell me. Stated I didn't need it. She had no idea why I even called her. Nor did she care to find out. It took another person calling to find out the company name. The gull of some people. DONT CALL MY DAUGHTERS PHONE AGAIN! WE DONT KNOW WHO J. JACKSON IS!

Wouldn't buy from them if last place on earth. If your not a contractor they will not sell to you. Tried buying a PTAC UNIT for my business and wouldn't even give me the time of day.

After 42 yrs in Hvac industry I took a counter job at a branch of there's from day one the leaders ship was unable to show any leadership skills watched branch manager mislead customers and expected staff to follow suit I will say they talked a good talk unfortunately I never witnessed a walk .They ignored safety issues until a owner was hurt it was the worse job I have had in 42 Yrs

Couldn't get what I needed as they only deal with licenced contractors. Nice facility.

Wouldn't even talk to me about buying or tracking a non-HVAC part. A business that doesn't want to do business? Never heard of such a thing!

The team here is a class act. Great to work with and motivated to help their customers.
