Called in the morning and thankfully they were able to get someone out same day. It was a blessing in the middle of this heat wave. Had my issue fixed in no time. Highly recommend and will definitely be a continued customer. From the scheduler to the repair man both were very nice and professional. Thank you again for being there for our family in a crunch!!

Have used Schmitt Refrigeration for 44 years. They have taken great care of our heating and a/c equipment, including installing and servicing new equipment. John, our service tech, is the best. Anyone we have dealt with at Schmitt has been professional, courteous and always very helpful.

I don't use anyone else beside Schmitt Refrigeration for my a/c and furnace yearly check-ups. Last year I had to upgrade both my a/c and furnace and I called them for all of it. They have a great staff and do quality work for a fair price. Why would I use any other company?

Condensate water was leaking from the inside unit onto the floor -- most likely a clogged drain line. Checked the owners manual and saw that the dealer should be contacted. Called Schmitt Refrigeration and described the issue. A technician was there in < 1.5 hr. (he was working at another job site). When he arrived, John quickly diagnosed the problem (drain clogged). Using his small shop vac, he cleared the line from the outside. He then went inside and flushed the line twice (500 mL each), adding a little detergent on the 2nd flush. He then placed the outside line back into the drain spout. Finally, we returned to the interior room, turned on the unit, and verified the split system was cooling properly. John was on site for about 30 minutes. I appreciated the quick response when talking to the office dispatch, and the quality/ expertise of the onsite technician.

Furnace stopped working on Christmas Day when temperature was below freezing. Servicemen responded promptly and corrected the problem, and he even seemed to be in a nice mood.

I had a clogged pipe/hose water was everywhere. I called to see when the earliest appointment was and they said today at 2.. we can have someone out . They texted me when Matt P. was on the way and he was here less than an hour and it's fixed. Will be calling for an appointment for my refrigerator in a couple weeks.
