Excellent job on a massive victorian home. Thick brick walls made running ductwork a challenge but they handled it exceptionally well. Very pleased overall. Crew was professional, affable and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys.

Let me tell you something! I have used multiple air companies and this one is at the top of my list! Fast service and most importantly they get the job done right! I give them a A+!

My appointment was at 9:30 and they didn’t show up till 11:00. I wish I would have gotten a call saying they were going to be late. Sean was the technician but I didn’t get the name of the girl that was with him because she didn’t have a uniform on with her name on it. Both technicians were friendly. Sean taught me something on my digital thermostat that I didn’t know.

We have had Jimmy at our house multiple times for spring / fall maintenance and are always highly impressed with how he goes above and beyond with his services and the information he gives to help extend the life of our units. Highly recommended!

Fast service even on a weekend night.
Tried to help me by troubleshooting over the phone first but had to come by my house to replace the capacitor.Fixed it rather quickly.
Would recommend for all HVAC needs.

Diagnostic services for perceived short cycling. Solved by restarting system but on alert if recurrence. Good diagnostic protocol. Methodical and good science. Eventually had to replace heat pump. Work performed in predicted window efficiently professionally. Our HVAC people.

He did a good job and was helpful in explaining what he did and showing some monthly maintenance I could go to keep the system in good order

Bill was in and out in an hour. He solved my issues and answered my questions at a reasonable rate. I'll continue to use Schmitt for all my hvac needs.
