I am exceedingly happy with not only Wayne's professionalism but also his honest transparency. He helped us work through the nightmare of dealing with our Home Warranty Company, America Home Shield (which will not get a good review). We may have ended up with a shoddy repair that wouldn't have lasted a year, but Wayne has something called Integrity and insisted that the job be done right, not cheap. My husband and I really appreciate that. He also kept us informed and up to date on the status and progress of getting the new part, which was made so much harder because of the warranty company. It took more than 3 weeks to get our new indoor and outdoor unit due to delays caused by the warranty company and Wayne worked with us to get it installed as quickly as possible once he got the correct parts. I can't thank him and his crew enough for doing what is right over what was easy. We need more people like him in this world.
