Always a good experience with Schiff’s. My tech today was professional and very knowledgeable. Has been with them for over 20 years which to me speaks volumes about the Tech and the company he works for.

We live at 8788 Hillside Drive, Newburgh. We purchased a 3 Ton Goodman Heat Pump system from Schiff Heating and Air yesterday and it was installed the same day. Adam and his fellow installer were on site at the scheduled time and commenced with the replacement. I cannot say enough on how impressed we were in their expertise and detailed workmanship. They both took the time to answer our questions and explained the operation of our new system. The work areas were left clean. Schiff should be proud of their representation of this two gentlemen who completed the work. Last but not least, Tommy Fairchild, your sales representative, presented the companies first impression by being very accommodating, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he offered. He presented us with a proposal in a timely manner and we were sold. Thank you Schiff for a pleasant experience.

After being installed over 6 years ago. ( by Schiff) This summer it wasn’t cooling well. I called to have it looked at and Brad came out the same day. Very professional and very knowledgeable! He thoroughly explained and repaired the unit within an hour. 2 great experiences!

The Schiff team is extremely knowledgeable and committed to helping customers create a comfortable and safe home environment. We had a little issue pop up with our indoor humidity levels. Andy spent several hours testing our HVAC system and developing a plan of action. Based on his recommendations, we were able to instantly solve the humidity issue by making a few tweaks to the thermostat cycle. In addition, the owner of the company stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. They took the time to explain how indoor humidity works, and they made sure that I fully understood the science behind the solution. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a good heating and air solution provider in the Evansville area!

Had a new furnace and AC unit installed in December and they did an excellent job. They did not try to up-sell me on more expensive units like some of the other companies I got quotes from did. Best parts and labor warranty in the business.

Tech repeatedly using profanity in front of a 3 year-old wasn’t ok
