My furnace quit and Ray's Heating was out in less than an hour and got it working. Unfortunately it quit again later that night and I had to have them out again. We decided to replace it and the air as the units were 26 years old. They were able to do so the next day and did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed with the professional job done. Will always use Ray's Heating and Air

I’ve always had great service from Rays. Today I had an issue with my microwave. I had to turn my breaker on and off. Then my wife and I left to go to work. I came home and my furnace wouldn’t come on.
I called Rays at 3:00 and by 3:45 Chris from Rays was at my house. Chris from Rays showed up and realized it was the actual breaker for my furnace. He replaced it with another one that wasn’t being used. He was super professional, smart and was in and out in 15min.
Tonight my wife and I get to sleep in a warm house because of Chris!!!

Late last fall we had a Complete Ray's Rite Temp system installed to replace an original unit and it has been phenomenal. Opted to also add a Whole Home Steam Humidifier and the air/atmosphere this past winter was more comfortable than I have ever felt in this house. Our electric & gas bills have been down and the system runs much quieter and circulates the air much better for a more consistent temperature in the house. Super happy with the price and the ease and speed of the install. Looking forward to seeing how the A/C does this summer!

We had them install a complete heat pump system with a natural gas backup. Had a little issue with the equipment at first, not the service or the workmanship. The guys at Ray's kept working on it until it ran like it was supposed to. They never gave up and always did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new or replacement system. They are very knowledgeable of their products and stand behind them.

The service people worked outside in 8 inches of snow from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm replacing our HVAC unit. They were very thoughtful of me and my wife. The work done exceeded what was specified in the quote and the service persons covered the operation of the equipment and new programmable thermostat. Rays installed our first unit 15 years ago and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for the next installation. Highly recommend Ray's for expert workmanship and care for the customer.

Recently, we woke up to a cold house, and the company, which we had been using to service our HVAC system, had gone out of business. We called RAY’S HEATING & AIR, and we’re so glad we did. It turned out that our twenty-five-year-old furnace needed to be replaced.

We have been using Rays for years. Recently was advised that we should consider replacing one of our furnace units and the reasons why. Considering it was 20 years old and starting to rust it wasn’t a hard decision. Was given a quote with more than one option. No pressure to accept either. Good polite group of technicians came out and replaced the unit. Great looking job and everything cleaned up so that you couldn’t even tell they were there, except for the nice looking new furnace.

We were recently doing a 4,000 SF warehouse addition and needed to add heat. I called Ray's and they immediately sent someone out to look at the job, they suggested the solution to add gas fired unit heaters, gave us a very competitive proposal and then completed the job in short order. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and service. Will definitely use Ray's again.
