Brian is not honest let the lady before me lie and had proof that could have helped told me he would help the backed out that's a liar in my book
Ray’s installed my system back in 2009 (previous homeowner). When my heat pump went out a couple of months ago, I had a couple of other companies come out to assess the issue. They believed it was an airflow issue that likely took out my compressor (see picture), which was less than 10 years old. I called Ray’s, spoke with Mark, in an attempt to understand why they did not register my equipment (which comes with a 10 year warranty). I was first told that it wouldn’t have mattered because ‘the warranty reverts back to 5 years after a transfer of home ownership.’ I confirmed this was not correct after calling the manufacturer, American Standard – the 10 year warranty remains in effect for one transfer of ownership. I brought this to Mark’s attention, and still do not entirely understand why they choose not to register their equipment. Out of the four other companies I followed up with, they all register their equipment. When it was all said and done, thousands of dollars were spent replacing the heat pump.

I had originally called A-Plus Derr their tech didn't troubleshoot the problem correctly and then proceeded to charge me $600 for his mistake, the problem was a leak in my ground loop they wanted $2200 to fix the problem after charging me for their mistake. I told them their price was insane. Ray's came to the rescue, I described the problem over the phone, they showed up the next day with the parts and had my system flushed and working that afternoon and charged me a fraction of what A-Plus Derr quoted. Rays has a customer for life after this, we will recommend to friends and family.
