Ray's Heating & Air Conditioning

Rays installed our Heat & Air in our new home. They were so pleasant to work with, the technicians were amazing and very helpful. About a year after our new unit was installed we had a humidifier installed and once again nothing but wonderful to work with and informed me about the new humidifier. Also I leave in Henderson and there prices were about the same as others and I have referred them to others due to our wonderful experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ray’s for the past 15 years. The technicians have always been professional, clean, and courteous. Their service and installation crews leave the residence as they found it. They are very careful and respectful of all your property. We have been with Ray's for 12 years. They are very fair. We had older HVAC units, and they kept babying them along until we absolutely needed to replace. Our furnace lasted 27 years and AC's 22 and 25 years. When we replaced these units, we got great prices. I greatly appreciate the lack of pressure to buy when it wasn't necessary. That trust will keep us with Ray's. When there was a problem, they were out promptly. All of their people are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Recently I called for service for my dated furnace and a/c. Surprisingly, the lady that answered the phone worked with me to try a few things before sending a service technician to my home. She was trying to save me money right away! I tried her suggestions but nothing worked, so I called back. This time I spoke to a different customer service representative who was equally as friendly and assured me that a service technician would be at my home THAT day! The service technician was extremely polite and respectful of me and my home. He talked to me about everything he was doing and offered some suggestions. Although he got my unit up and running, he gave me a quote for a replacement. When my husband returned home, we discussed it and chose to call Ray's to install a new furnace and a/c. The general manager was knowledgable and professional and got us scheduled the same week! We are so pleased with Ray's and recommend them to anyone whether they are having problems or not! Ray's offers a maintenance program that keeps my family comfortable year round and I feel secure knowing I can count on them for my indoor air quality and comfort!

As a side note, I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau and did not find what another reviewer claimed to be bad. In fact, I found that they have an "A" rating with the BBB!
