Ray's Heating & Air Conditioning

I have always had great service with Ray's Heating and Air Conditioning...I have had service with them at 5 houses as well as our place of business and they personalize the service with easy access to their admin/customer service as well as quotes and follow up. They really go the extra mile. Don't hesitate to call them for a quote...they are prompt and professional.

I have had multiple instances over the past few years where we had to have our AC or furnace serviced. We have AHS warranty and I'm glad they pick Ray's for our service. The service techs are always extremely quick to respond and are polite, efficient and very technically capable. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and their service.

I have been a customer of Ray's Heating for over 25 years. I am always satisfied with the way they have treated me thru the years. I remember one very hot summer Saturday in the 1990's when my homes' A/C quit working. I called Ray's and they fixed my A/C that Saturday! I have been a very loyal customer ever since! I highly recommend them!

Always professional, detailed and polished annual AC maintenance. Ray's Heating & Air Conditioning is a very honest and dependable service company who treats us well. Everything is closely clarified, suggesting the best things for us to do in order to keep our equipment functioning well and for a long life for the system!!

I am editing this review to 1 star. It is just now hot enough to turn on the air and I noticed that my air conditioner was blowing out air but not cold air. I had to have Ray's come out 4 different times this winter to fix different issues and my air conditioning was working just fine last fall. (Before rays) I called a different company because I didnt like how I was handled and how many times they had to come out and the outrageous prices. The new company was here for an hour and discovered that some wires were either unplugged or plugged into the wrong place. The technician said it looked intentional and I believe it too. I havent touched it and it worked last summer, you do the math. You will never have my business again and I plan to take this further.

New customer. Needed to replace our heating and air. Rays was very courteous and attentive to our needs. They provided several suggestions that would provide comfort and money saving benefits. They were prompt, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and clean. Very happy with Rays.

Ray’s Heating and Air came and looked at 2 ton unit that needed to be replaced. They recommended a 2.5 ton unit and quote was less expensive then two other bids for a 2 ton unit. It was very hot and they came out and replaced the unit in 2 days. I highly recommended Ray’s Heating & Air to everyone. Honest, fair and fast service.

Rays came recommended when i was in need of an HVAC professional. I was remodeling a home and needed inside unit moved as the flooring under had to be repaired. Andrew camed out assessed the situation. Gave pros and cons of moving a 40 year old unit. We decided just to replace. He went above and beyond of working with us to coordinate the project as we couldn't have a normal same day removal and install. At the same time I had them upgrade the little 30 gallon water heater to a 50 gallon. (That was MY want not their recommendation.. Lol) The guys that came in for install were courteous and professional. And even with all my remodel clutter they cleaned up after themselves.
Rays costs were very reasonable and they even took care of the rebate. The units are working great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend for any HVAC or water heater needs.

Every time I call Ray's, I receive the best customer service! The service technicians are always available in emergencies and can problem solve to quickly repair any problem. Scheduled maintenance appointments are handled just as professionally. I won't call any other company! Keep up the great job Ray's!

What a fabulous experience. Estimators were timely, work was completed in a timely fashion based on our schedules, the install looks great, and the installers were outstanding. I would highly recommend Ray’s to anyone considering a new system or service.
