    Good companies help and respond properly when customer calls with a complex issue and have conflicts. Work was done but psi setup was done wrong, caused another issue but denial and don’t have courtesy to listen. Rather blaming customer. Being Sarcastic on call doesn’t help either. Not a professional firm to rely on.
    Finally. After unprofessional response from Murray’s firm. I called in Falso and they find the same thing I have been telling. Murray’s team when they replaced Heat Exchanger, they set the PSI. Worst service from Murray’s.

    I cannot thank Murray’s Heating & Air Condition enough for the great service they provided when my furnace shut down (11/17/2022)! Mike responded very quickly and was amazingly helpful. I had to wait a few hours before he was available but considering the weather conditions that was very understandable. When Mike showed up, he went right to work and did a thorough diagnosis of my boiler heater and found the issue. He took the time and explained my heating system and explained what and why he inspected and checked. My furnace needed a part which he had another driver drop it off to him. He clean my furnace and fixed the problem in like two hours and my heat was restored. Wonderful and fantastic job! My husband and I were very impressed with the customer interaction and thoroughness of our boiler heater!

    SPECIAL THANKS!!!! From the first phone call for no heat, to the service technician who came asap, to the diagnosis of my furnace issue, to the estimate of repair and/or replacement, to the installers and especially to the young lady who answers the phone and rearranged things to get my new furnace in and heat back on so fast! I cannot say enough in words how well this company responded & actually cared. The furnace replacement & install was outstanding. A great company to have on your contract list for heating or air conditioning repair or replacement! Don’t hesitate to call them. Great people, great work and great price!!!

    When I called Murray's to schedule our annual heating system check up, I expected the efficient professionalism we've come to know and appreciate. What I didn't expect were the unanticipated surprises: a hole in our chimney flue which was allowing dangerous substances, like carbon monoxide, to circulate in our home, and a leaky water heater which wasn't even on the list of things that needed to be checked. Because of the small area in which all of these items reside, fixing the chimney flue was not as easy as simply removing the defective parts and installing new ones. Mike Hajjar had to redesign and then recreate the entire system, which he did immediately, with skill and grace. And learning about the defective water heater, given today's significant supply chain problems, I was afraid it would take weeks or even months for everything to get fixed. But because Mike knew exactly whom to call, both of our old water heaters were replaced within two days! And, as if all that weren't enough, when I reached out to Murray's with questions I had forgotten to ask, I received answers immediately. Now that's what I call SERVICE!!

    Turned on the AC for the first time this season. Made all the right sounds but no cold air. Called Murray’s and Joe came out to run diagnostics. He determined a catastrophic system failure. Best plan was to replace a 20 year old system. Got a quote within 24 hours. Scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later to have it installed but got a call stating that some schedule changes allowed them to move the appointment up by 2 weeks! Joe and Nick came out and spent the day removing and installing a new system. Other than the new components, one would never know anyone was there. Very pleased with the response, advice, workmanship and professionalism. We highly recommend this company!

    They didn't solve the problem or even wait to hear the sound the furnace was making and charged me $144 just to come out. It's a Ripoff. Taking advantage of a woman living alone that doesn't know any better.

    I cannot thank Murray’s Heating and AC enough; they came in with professional service and amazing work ethic. Joe came to our house to fix our Tankless Hot Water heater that was left a mess from a prior company that could not “fix our” unit, and we were without hot water for almost a month. Joe came in and professionally explained everything and was able to identify the leak, and reassemble the entire unit.

    I strongly recommend Murray’s Heating and AC and they will be my go to company going forward!

    Issue with my furnace not turning on. Daniel came over on Saturday and repaired another company's work. He went through everything and was extremely thorough in doing so. Fixed everything and was able to get my furnace up and running before the cold. Highly recommend Murray's, and Daniel is a great asset to the company!

    They don't appear to be well managed.
    Their office is 3 miles away; a 7 minute drive. After waiting over 1 week for my appointment, I was called the afternoon before the 9AM appointment, to re-schedule because they had a technician visit from out of town. -No emergency. Then, the estimator arrived at the new time, gathered all the information, and told me that he'd prepare a quote. 1 hour later, they call back; they can't they can't do the work at all!
    The job was to install A/C on a 6 year old furnace, replace duct work and add 3 new vents. Every competitor had no issue with the job. The details of the job were relayed to the operator before the initial appointment was made, so there really was no reason for this..

    If they're that busy, they probably shouldn't waste time sending people to jobs that they can not do.

    After all of this, I was told that they would send me an e-mail with another individual that could do the work. That e-mail never arrived even though I confirmed my email with their staff twice

    Well, I never thought I would be saying this but I was disturbed to be told that the company I use exclusively for my heating problems can't check an urgent system failure. When you're told by the company you trust and have recommended that they can't help you at all and are booked out for a month. If I told my clientele that, I'd be out of business. 2nd star is for past service.

    Reply to the reply: Too late. I was very specific with the issue I was having. I already had to find someone else to fix it. While it wasn't a true emergency as I didn't have to have heat to survive at that point, filling a boiler system for the season and finding a leak is still somewhat urgent and needs to be dealt with. Fortunately, I was able to find someone who was willing to make time to do the repair. I left two messages with the service before I spoke to the office and the woman who answered is the one you'll want to give the hard eye tonif you want your business to stay around.
