Great service! Technician arrived a short time after my initial call. He found the issue and let me know what the total cost was before repairing my AC unit. Very polite and honest. 10 out of 10.

I had issues with my HVAC and had the tech come out to look at it. He found issues in my coils and told me it was an expensive band-aid to repair. I asked him what he would do with his own home, and told me a replacement is the best option. From there, he took great care of getting me the exact quote. I never shopped around because I knew it was the best deal for what I was getting. Installers came out and did an amazing job. Highly recommend using Perfection!

I got several quotes and perfection ended up coming in at the cheapest by a long shot. Not only that, they were the only company to give me a quote on the spot vs making me wait several days. A week later they were at my house installing my new hvac system. The guys that came were great. Over all, we had a great experience. Kevin was also great to work with and did a good job explaining everything in the quote.

Called this morning and they had us up and running by this evening! They came highly recommended from some other folks who I know have used them. I was very impressed with the response and the fact they were able to take care of it same day. Especially with me working out of town right now I didn't expect to have such quick and great service. These guys are definitely top-notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs AC service!

Our AC went out during a heatwave and when my husband called Perfection HVAC we were told that they would get him but gave no specific time. The guys arrived within an hour, evaluated the cause and fixed it in 10 minutes. Phew! Great Job Guys!

I submitted a request on Perfection Heat/AC's web site for replacing our existing HVAC system. Within 15 minutes, they called me and I had an appointment scheduled. Brad (the technician) arrived promptly as scheduled and provided multiple options ranging from basic economical systems to high efficiency systems. I've been in the purchasing profession for over 20 years, and deal with many service providers, so it's not easy to impress me, but Perfection nailed it with customer service. Great job!

I am new with Perfection. They installed a complete new system for us about 10 months ago. I called to have my spring service done. Donnie arrived on time and performed the inspections and tests as required. He also talked to me about my request for a possible installation of an electronic filter system and he answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I will always request Donnie for my semi annual inspections and any emergencies that my occur.

I chose Perfection without any other quotes because they installed a new system for a neighbor and I was impressed with their knowledge, personnel, clean trucks and trucks and equipment in good condition. In my opinion they did a first class job. From start to finish on my home I was totally satisfied and would and have recommended them to other people.

Highly recommend! Came out right away and repaired our a/c unit for a very reasonable price, and didn't do anything unnecessary. Awesome company and we're only going to use them from now on!
