Didn't have right size filter but out existing wasn't sure if he was going to bring another in a few weeks or just wait till next visit in 6 months

Great experience from service call to new system quote, and new A/C Furnace install. The sales guy (Brian) and the installers were very knowledgeable and took great care on installing the new systems. The sales guy also followed up after install to ensure everything went smooth. I recommend having Perfection quote your job.

We had Tyler come out Tuesday to look at our unit. He was very thorough and did every test he could think of before telling us that we needed a new unit. They quickly got us a quote and after we had confirmed the desire to move forward, they had us up and running in no time. We were scheduled two days after the confirmation. The guys that did the installation were quick and made sure to check their work as they went. They were incredibly pleasant to do business with. The estimator, Kevin, was so kind and answered all of our questions as well as brought over a few window units for us to use until our AC was up and running. I’m extremely impressed with how professional they all were and we will continue business with them for all of our heating and cooling needs.

Technician was friendly and thorough. Completed the maintenance on AC inside and cleaned outside unit. No issues.

Perfection came out and saved us $3800 on a new furnace that another company quoted and said We needed after they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with our 8 year old Trane system.

Tyler with Perfection was very knowledgeable and talked me through what he was doing and why with no hesitation. Through his process of elimination he figured out the fan switch was backwards. So the system was blowing heat into the unit (instead of through the ducts) which faulted out the limit switch because it got too hot. THATS IT! Not that I needed a new unit. A flipped switch fixed the entire unit!

We also use Perfection for their EHS program. Which is every 6 months maintenance (Spring and Fall). Perfection is definitely my go to! “Stick with the professionals!”

We have used Perfection several times. Recently we had a refrigerant leak that they tracked down to the condenser and thus decided to replace the outside unit after we came to an agreement on price. They were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, there was an issue during the install that ended up damaging other components in the air handler and thermostat. Brian stood behind it 110% and personally came out and he and Kyler worked hard to identify and replace all of the damaged components with brand new ones, even staying late to make sure everything was working well for us. Brian stuck with it until everything was working 100% and we were 100% satisfied. Absolutely exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right. I'm impressed!

If you’re on the fence, use this company for your services…especially on system installs! Kevin S. did a phenomenal job with staying in touch with me from beginning to end. He gave me a spot on estimate. My A/C was out during the heat of the summer, so they loaned me a window unit until the install was complete. Oh, he also had a cancellation and got me in ONE DAY after I signed the contract!
I got another estimate from a VERY well known local company that installs Carrier equipment (what I had installed). Their estimate on JUST the A/C install was MORE than the price of the exact Carrier A/C AND Carrier furnace Perfection quoted me for so the OTHER company told me to jump on it ASAP! The other company also assured me that Perfection does good work. They actually vouched for Perfection’s work! Who does that anymore?
Finally, the install crew (Travis and I believe Scott) were very professional and answered ALL of my questions. They arrived early and finished earlier than I expected on a full system install. My house is now very cool, I have a new furnace and all of this at an affordable price. I give this company 5 stars!

Tyler showed up and did his thing. We wasn’t able to completely fix it on day one but he was able to get it running to where we didn’t have to suffer in the heat. He came back the very next day and fixed it completely without any issues. He was very professional and very concerned about my families well-being. I highly recommend them to anybody in the area.

Kevin came out to give us an estimate. He had great knowledge and was easy to communicate with us.
