The tech , Donnie, was very efficient and through. He called before he came and was on time. He serviced the equipment and changed the air filter. He was polite and respectful. Great service.

Routine maintenance on my units. Kenneth was prompt, professional and friendly. It’s nice to have the same face come to the house for service. Definitely will stay with Perfection and take advantage of the new contract service they are offering.

Glad repairman had patience tracking short in wiring between unit and wire going to house. Some reason thin wire loose laying on ground and covered in mulch. He secured wire above ground. Short discovered in 2 places. Replaced noisy fan motor due to bearings bad. Satisfied with price. He explained what he was doing, 👍

Was getting the run around with another company on ordered parts that they could not tell me when I would be receiving called perfection and kevin Smith got with me promptly to get my problem solved the next day just in time for the 93 degree weekend. Will definitely be using them from here on out.

Donnie is an excellent technician, very friendly and knew exactly what was wrong with our unit. Cleaned both units, changed filters and pricing was very fair! Very happy with the service.

Installed new HVAC system. Fast and friendly service. Had a little trouble removing the old air handler, but once that was done all went well.
Techs worked well together and took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat and how the system worked. A vey pleasant experience overall. Great job!
