Perfection Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

I wanted to write a review to let you guys know that the young gentleman "Donnie" that came out today in the Evansville area was phenomenal! Customer Service was GREAT! My AIR is jumping NOW!

Perfection was able to get me an appointment for the same day. Tyler had great communication and got my AC fixed within a very short time.

We had a great experience with our service tech, Tyler. He was friendly, quick, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend Perfection Heating & Air.

We called at 4:30 in the evening for repair on our water heater. The service tech, James, was at our door at 7:30 the next morning. James is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, polite and personable. He made us feel that we were the most important people in his day. He not only fixed our problem but performed long needed maintenance that we were not aware was needed. Bottom line we will have James with Perfection to do all of the maintenance and repair on our HVAC and water heater.

Always do a great job! Have used them multiple times. Fast and efficient and very affordable rates. If you are looking for an honest repair company, this is it!

Donnie was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He phoned in advance and arrived on time. He installed a new thermostat that I had bought and he checked my furnace and filter. He was honest about my filter not needing to be changed yet, saving me some money, and he gave me his honest appraisal of my aging furnace, saying it’s still working well.
I was pleased with his work and recommend him highly.

I was referred to Perfection by a pervious customer. The Service Specialist was courteous, efficient, reliable, and on time. I would recommend Perfection's services my friends and family!

Summer of 2021
I cant thank Fred C enough. Our AC went out Saturday and at 6PM having to call someone was going to cost an arm and a leg. Not only did he show up less that an hour after we called but he got the AC working in lighting speed. The cost was so reasonable I was shocked because is was a Saturday evening. We will defiantly be setting up a fall service with this company and will always call if I have anymore problems. Thank you Fred C we are nice and cool.

A/C went out again. And again I called these guys and within the hour Jon was at my house. The house is cooling nicely. I will never call anyone else for my A/C problems. Quick to respond. Quick it get the problem fixed. Super nice guys. Thank you so much. Wish I could give you 5 more stars.

Here we go again. As hot as it was today I thought my A/C was just having a hard time keeping up. Once it got 80 inside I knew it was time to call Perfection again. This time It needed Freon. Unit is 20 years old, please make it through the summer. And again I could not be more please. Again they were at my house in just over an hours of calling. Thank you Tyler H. Everyone of these guys are super nice. We are so glad we found you. I will be calling to get est. for a new unit, but hopefully not for a while but when I need it or anything for that matter I am calling Perfection.

I was referred to Perfection heating and cooling from a family member. That family member had a wonderful experience recently. They had a new AC unit installed and love it! Tyler was our tech that came out to the house. He was able to quickly trouble shoot the issue and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. Very respectable and took the time to listen to what had happened. I recommend using them! I know I will be a repeat customer.

Ryan Lewis and the perfection team are amazing! Always there when I call on time and reasonable on the price as always! Perfection will always be my first choice when it comes to my hvac needs!
