Kevin is a hero. He brought back to life an older Warm Morning furnace. He found parts that would work for this older model and was creative in redirecting the natural gas supply so that it could safely work. You have made an elderly woman very happy. Julie's husband Joe wrote - Had entire 23 year old HVAC system & thermostat replaced. Brian Eaton (project manager) was EXCELLENT to deal with from the initial estimate right through helping program the new thermostat. The installers, Zack and Travis, were also EXCELLENT and very efficient. Perfection's quote was ~$2500 less than Brackett for the exact same system. I HIGHLY recommend Perfection Heating to anyone needing HVAC replacement or repair work.

Inspector easily diagnosed my problem and sent out a technician to repair it same day. Wouldn't hesitate to use em again if needed.

The person who serviced my AC, Brain, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I could understand. He did troubleshooting every step of the way and explained what he was doing and why. He was really friendly and gave me advice about what my next steps were as well as fix the immediate problem with my AC. This person was exceptional and I would recommend Perfection Heating and Air to anyone and everyone. I plan to tell lots of people.

Service was good, service tech was extremely knowledgeable, thought we were at a good point. But the problem ac not cooling was never fixed it started to cool then stopped shortly after they left. For $240 could at least make sure the problem is fixed to the point it would last before leaving. Edited 5-23-22 someone came back out was more extensive with the fix, seems to be working now. Coming back out on a warmer day to make sure is still working, knowledgeable helpful service.

All the members of my family do our business with Perfection. They are reasonable, reliable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Perfection will go ABOVE and BEYOND what is necessary to make sure HVAC needs are met and the client is happy. I highly recommend them. Simply put: they are THE BEST!!

I called them to have them just do a check in my heating and cooling systems after buying a new home. Tyler was informative, prompt and professional! Thankfully I had nonissue but he made sure I was set for winter and good for the remainder of the summer!

they were alittle bit behind schedule came out and had it fix in about 30 minutes it was a pretty easy fix and the price was reasonable I will definitely use them again if I need anything very pleased.
