Perfection Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

I had a new mini-split heat/AC unit installed in my new pole barn. I wasn’t totally sure how I was going to do it, so they recommended the unit. The communication was excellent. They showed up right on time for the install. They even ran the electric for me. I’m very happy with my purchase. I also like knowing that if I have any problems, they’re just a phone call away.

John was great! Explained everything and got us signed up to help prevent the problem next year! Thanks so much!!!!

Update 02/01/23:
We continue to use Perfection for all of our HVAC needs! We are signed up for the maintenance package, which I highly recommend. Saves $$ and time.

Our most recent call resulted in a quickly fixed furnace, just in time for the chilly weather! Both technicians did a great job explaining things and teaching us how to better care for our furnace.

Donnie performed a great job! He arrived on time very professional. Donnie discussed what needed to be done and completed the project in the same day.

Fred was professional and easy to deal with, very good service. I will use them again

We have used them twice a year for maintenance ever since they installed our units.
They are on time, always! Neat, courteous, respectful. Clean up after themselves.
I like the fact that they are trust worthy and I don’t have to follow them around.

My heating/air conditioning system was 20 years old, so I decided it was time to replace. First, Brian came to my house to give me an estimate. He was friendly, professional & very knowledgeable. He knew he had a tough sale, as I used another company for my maintenance for 30+years. He won hands down!
On installation day, Damon, Travis & Aaron were my technicians. All very nice & professional. So I give Perfection Heating & A/C a rating of 10! Looking forward to doing business with you in the future!

Had another company come out first and tell me that I basically needed to replace the whole unit. Wanted a 2nd opinion and glad I did. This tech had my unit up and running in 30 minutes. Some miner blockage. I’m very thankful

The service tech sent out from Perfection, John, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was responsive to questions and gave good customer service.

My only negative about the experience was the billing. I was quoted a 5 hour job for X number of dollars. Including the diagnostic and the actual repair the time spent on ground was about 3 hours. I fee like the billing could be a bit more accurate and not such a blanket billing of X number of hours.

All in all I would still use Perfection in the future.
