The technician, Kevin, called me back within 15 minutes and showed up at our home 10 minutes after we talked on the phone… and this was a hot Saturday afternoon. He had the probable problem diagnosed within 15 minutes, had the part on the truck, and had it repaired after another 20 minutes! He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Thanks, Kevin! Highly recommend!

The Service Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. After picking up the part the next morning he returned and finished the repair and our house was cool that evening. I won’t hesitate to call them again for future service needs!!!
