Ray's Heating & Air Conditioning

Ray’s has kept our old heating and air system running for years. But it was time for a new one, and they made the whole process very easy. From financing to installation, everything was wonderful.

I called about servicing a few jobsite mobile office trailer A/C units. They were very courteous accommodating, also very understanding about there not being an address at the site yet. I called at 2:30pm on a Wed. And told them we left for the day by 4pm, but asked if we could have a technician in the morning. They were there, and had the units back up and running by 8:30 the next morning. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful! I called them after calling a different local company with only slightly better and more reviews, only to find that the other company tried to promote good reviews with incentives. The other company was rude, and extremely unprofessional, and said they couldn't even service us with no address. After my complaint, they said the earliest they could get me. Technician was Friday, and it was Wed. I am so glad I called Rays!! They were great, and will be servicing our trailers from here on! I will spread the word also!!

Rays not only fixed my issue with my furnace, they did it quick and made sure it was done correct. Andrew was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Rays installed our ac / furnace and within 2 years our Trane unit did not cool. We called and were told we needed more coolant. This continued every spring with the tech from Rays coming and saying we just needed “more coolant “ . Finally we called another company after years of expensive bills. We were pretty shocked to find out that we had a cracked coil all along and that the coil was under warranty!!! Thanks to GRFreeman for this catch and for FINALLY fixing our ac.

Rays Heating does a great job with their regularly scheduled service calls, but more importantly, they will get you taken care of in an emergency situation. It seems that emergencies seem to always happen at some time that is not 8 t0 5 or Monday thru Friday.The office staff also does a good job of scheduling and making the reminder calls the day before your appointment along withe the call that the technician is 20 minutes away.

Great experience! I had techs from multiple companies come give me estimates for replacing my outside unit. The guy from Nunning tried to sell me a whole new system including a furnace for around $5500. He assured me that that's what I needed.

Brian from Ray's is the only tech that took the time to assess the problem. He started by correcting the guy from Nunning. I didn't need a new furnace. I only needed a new outside unit and coil which would end up being about half the price. But then he did some troubleshooting and determined that my current unit just needed a new capacitor. 5 minutes later, my A/C was running again. No outside unit needed at this point.

I also want to note that their customer service is great. I worked with Mark over the phone, and he got all the ground work done for me. Brian was at my door a few hours later.

When I eventually have to replace my A/C, I will be going with Ray's. Couldn't have asked for better service.

They gave us a great estimate. We had them do the work and it was done in a professional manner. They offer an outstanding warranty. I researched and they were the only one's I could find that gave a 12 year parts and labor warranty. I will have them do more work in the future.
