Chris from the Air Blue Wheeling Office gave us an excellent zero percent financing deal on the installation of twelve new air conditioner and HVAC heating units at our Apartment Building. It was a complicated job that involved rooftop installations but it was done promptly. Two years later we have had some small issues that have been resolved promptly and at no charge under warranty. We are glad to have them since we no longer have to stress out over a tenant calling us about an air conditioning problem- Air Blue is there to come out right away to fix it.

Chris L did an amazing job with my air quality review. He was very clean and professional. He set up his equipment in a timely manner. After the test was complete he took the time to explain to me all of the technical details in normal terms I could understand. Initially I called Air blue heating and cooling to clean my duct work. They recommended initially to perform an air quality check before spending the money on getting all of the ducts cleaned. It turned out the air ducts In my home were clean enough and did not need a cleaning at this time. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend using this company as they will treat you and your family right.

Al and Chris was great on appts- on time and great on doing the inspection - brought up some issues that may arise in the future that Air Blue then provided estimates to me right away. Affordable options. Wendy was also great on helping me change my new payment option

I didn't think that they would service St. Charles but decided to give them a call because a friend was recommending them. We needed a furnace/ac replacement and Konrad gave us few options/prices to pick the best package that suited us. They used online quoting system so I could see the models of the units that would go to each package and I was able to research them individually on my own before making the selection. Once we selected the package that we wanted online and signed their form they called within a day to schedule the installation. Everything went very well and our new unit was up and running within a day. The final price was exactly what was quoted initially. No hassle, no problems and no runarounds that some companies will try to give you once they already have you. Highly recommended.

Update as of 2020: I have been using these guys for years now at my home and rental properties and they always are spot on and quick with repairs. No unnecessary runarounds or places to hide costs. Straight to the point and a lot of times minor repairs are easily done in 30 minutes at minimal cost. Highly recommend them in the entire Chicago-land.

The service was to replace a 75 gal water heater. The crew arrived early the next morning after the problem was diagnosed. Right on time. Due to size, weight and location this was a very difficult job. The crew was outstanding.

Have been a membership customer for three years, which I was suppose to get a 30 Percent discount on repairs. Instead they said the initial quote before discount was $2100 on an inducer motor, so price was $1500, for part and install on my furnace. Then said because I am a loyal customer can do for $1097.The part is under $300, I got a second quote, without my 30 percent off for $662.50, 18 minutes, it took installer. They are nice there, specifically Debbie, but tried to take advantage of me....

Air Blue and the technician Al were great! I called for a tune up and to check my humidifier. Al was friendly, on time and very professional. He informed me about two potentially concerning issues about my furnace and I scheduled a follow up visit. He was not high pressure, just informative and answered my questions thoroughly.
