Air Blue Heating and Cooling

Just had maintenance work done on the furnace today. (They installed it a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job.) The Air Blue rep was very professional, nice, and even put booties on the moment he came into the house. He also answered all of my questions and gave tips for better air circulation. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

I am and remain impressed with Air Blue - I’ve been a customer with them for about 5 years now. They are polite, responsive, and do thorough, quality work. They generally arrive within 30 minutes of scheduled window, and communicate all work done. I never hesitate to contact them when I have an issue.

I have used Air Blue Heating and Cooling for about 1.5 years. They have been to my home for various needs about 4-5 times. Every experience has been amazing from Wendy who schedules (and probably does a ton more than that) to Ray the supervisor. I feel like when I call them they are taking care of me. There is a consistency to their work and I noticed every time they have come to my home. I feel they are a partner in making my home comfortable without any pressure. In the Spring, I had them come to replace my thermostat and ended up picking a smart thermostat. Ray (the supervisor) spent a lot of time answering my questions. I am happy every day with my decision. Just recently I had my furnace cleaned and they sent me an email to tell me my tech was on the way, gave me his name and told me his experience. Nice touch. Also, Eric was amazing as well. Great service, very thorough and answered all of my questions. Great company and great employees.

I have been a customer of Air Blue for nearly 18 months. I recommend them because I find the quality of their service to be unmatched. We used them to install a smart thermostat and their technician was very helpful in both setting up the system and in providing us instruction on its use. The programs we developed that day have worked without issue. When I have had urgent issues with our furnace or HVAC systems, the Air Blue team has been both responsive and very easy to work with. It’s common to find companies that claim to provide great service…but is rare to find that one delivers on that promise as well as Air Blue does.

Yesterday I had my boiler serviced by Chris who discovered a problem
that would have led to my basement taking on a lot of water if not corrected. Thank you Chris! He also located the defective part and Al came and installed it today! Both of these technicians did great work.
Both called the night before and again that morning to let me know what time to expect them. Nice folks and great at what they do. We're super pleased! jc

Very responsive was able to come out same day as call was made. Love how knowledgeable the repairman was and very nice and explained what the issue was and didn’t try to get over on the customer as some other company’s might do.

Our experience with Air Blue:
The technician was courteous and professional and explained everything he was going to do. He then completed the work and answered all my questions. Best of all, he did not try to get me to spend additional money for something I did not need. He merely gave me some options for future consideration. I highly recommend Air Blue and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work Air Blue!

Great professional service at excellent price! First week it got really cold and our furnace stopped working. After calling around Air Blue was fastest to reply and they came out within few hours of my call to check it out. The part that needed replacement was ordered overnight and a technician came next morning to replace it. They went out of they way to have our heat working as soon as possible. Both technicians, Eric and Chris, were knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use them again!

I have a baseboard water heating system. The tech who dispatched was on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve the problem.

Very happy with the service from Air Blue. We had an estimate done the next day when our furnace went out and we were happy with the presentation along with the prices, used them for install that same day. Will definitely be recommending them to family members and friends/
