    I have a maintenance contract with Comfort Masters for the Heat Pumps, mini-splits, and heat pump water heaters they installed in my 2 flat in 2022. I requested a service call and a technician came out on Sunday morning to check on an F5 error message on one of the water heaters. According to the manual F5 indicates that a temperature sensor is failing. When the technician arrived he thought he was going to be servicing a heat pump. He didn't know anything about the water heater and was asking siri for advice. He spent a long time in his truck then came in and gave me a Home Health Report indicating that a part had to be ordered. That was one week and one day ago. I haven't heard anything since except a request for a review, so here it is. I'm paying way too much money every month for "service" of this caliber. I also asked about the loud vibrating sound coming from the - I don't know what it's called, maybe a condensate pump? Got no response about that. It's in the basement and I can hear it when I'm in the living room above it on the first floor. Yeah, I'm not real happy with Comfort Masters at the moment. If I didn't have hot water I'd have been on the phone last Monday asking for a timeline. Since I do have hot water I figured I can wait, it's not an emergency. But a week of silence is far too long.

    The only issue I was concerned about was that you have to know my phone number to get buzzed in. I wasn't sure if I gave them the new number when I called for appointment so I called the next morning and they made sure he had the updated number. While John was excellent, I missed seeing Roy who has been checking my system for years. Both gentlemen are excellent.

    Bruce Roy and Hunter came out for a regular maintenance. They were all very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt comfortable and trusted their recommendations.

    If you choose to go with the membership DO NOT sign up for the monthly payment debit from your credit card! My card expired. The card number stayed the same but expiration date changed. I get a call in April saying payment didn't go through. Give them the new expiration date and the same cc number. May comes, same phone call. Explained I gave the info in April, then I'm told the April payment is still outstanding... WHAT??? No phone call, no email, no text. You never get an invoice. I asked if I could pay on line vs having them debit my account. Was told yes. Just go to the website enter email address. I asked if I needed any other info. Was told no. I go to the site enter email and then it asks for invoice number. You never get an invoice. Nothing. So now I'm calling back super annoyed at this point. Give them my card info.... Again...tell them I want an email acknowledgement that the payment was received and processed AND then I tell them to cancel my membership.
    Ridiculous process.

    Josh and Dakota were thorough with the spring maintenance inspection. They answered my questions and provided detailed recommendation on how to extend the life of my hvac unit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

    Had an issue with our thermostat and called Comfort Masters. Spoke with a field service person Chris who advised us on next steps. They promptly called us to schedule an appointment for the next morning which was what was convenient for us. Bruce and Josh came out and quickly installed a new and updated thermostat. They were very professional and explained everything to us and ensured we had no further questions before they left. We really appreciated their professionalism and great service. They are amazing.

    Harris and Dakota came by to look at my AC unit and were very detailed and informative on the options I had in regards to repair or having a new unit installed since mine was so old. They answered all my questions and did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot. They got me pricing on the same day of visit. I definitely recommend them and would be happy to work with them in the future
