Customer service helped in getting a technician to my house the same day. Moises was great in explaining the issue and promptly fixing it. He explained additional issues to watch out for. He went through the readings and help me understand how to interpret. Overall great technician and recommend the company

Turned on A/C Unit today for the time this summer. Bummer, unit was not blowing cold air. Called Debbie at the office, she scheduled her next available Technician, when they're extremely busy. Moises, the technician, showed up a few hours later. He identified the problem and provided a solution extremely fast. Problem solved. My family is comfortable and happy. Thank you to the Air Blue Team for honesty and Great customer service.

Air conditioner broke down on Friday late evening. Airblue responded first thing Saturday morning and sent a technician to have a look. Customer service was great, technician was polite and knowledgeable, issue was fixed in an hour. Great experience, would highly recommend.

As you can see from the photos, my old system was the original one installed in 2004 and was completely rusted and leaking water everywhere. After trying to troubleshoot the issues myself - unsuccessfully, I started shopping around with various local HVAC companies. Air Blue was one of the few that provided several different detailed options with very reasonable pricing. Everyone I interacted with at Air Blue (Debi, John, the installers) were cordial and professional from start to finish. The installers were on time as scheduled and finished removing my old furnace and condenser and installed the new ones within a single work day and left my home looking pristine when they were finished. My new system is working superbly and my wife and I couldn't be happier! There are tons of HVAC companies out there and it may seem like an impossible task to choose the right one. Definitely do your own research, but I highly and strongly recommend Air Blue for your HVAC service needs!

The BEST company I’ve ever worked with before. I will never work with another HVAC company. I’ve worked with them twice now and they never try to up sell services. They are honest, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. And they don’t ask for tips!! Every other contractor lately asks for tips after service. This company did not.

From the moment I called the appointment was extremely professional and follow up updates. Telling me tech was running behind. Her calling with an update i appreciated. The tech was excellent and professional. Unlike ABC that to my home two before and ask tech to leave.

Al came to my home and fixed my water boiler system. Two other contractors mentioned I needed to replace my 15 year old boiler and quoted me over $8,000 for replacement. Extremely ridiculous.
Al mentioned just a few valves and the circulating pump needed replacement and repaired our unit. He mentioned to keep a close eye for the expansion tank after fixing the unit as a precaution and the unit is still running strong. Extremely satisfied and our home is warm and ready for winter

Air blue’s whole business operations is pretty awesome. I needed to replace my old furnace. It started with a good customer service when I called them, they are the first to arrive to give me the the estimate, sales person was easy to work with as I have changed the contract terms a couple of times, price is reasonable and competitive, furnace installer was courteous and professional, installation went without a hitch. Overall great experiencing for us. Thank you!

They were helpful in setting the appointment that worked with our schedules. Service man texted ETA when on his way. Knowledgable and gave us a heads up for replacements to expect in a few years. Punctual and professional!
