Air Blue Heating and Cooling

I’ve used Air Blue for both maintenance of my system and they also recently installed a new AC unit. I’ve been extremely happy with their service. They’re very responsive, high quality, and a good value. I’d highly recommend working with them for your HVAC needs.

Air Blue was a godsend during the heat wave when our A/C unit broke down. Chris from Air Blue provided same-day service and diagnosed the exact issue causing our unit to fail (a signal short due to an exposed wire) and repaired it with the utmost care, skill, and professionalism. He is clearly quite skilled and deserving of the highest consumer trust. In fact, we had a technician from a large big-box company come the day prior, who misdiagnosed the issue, wanted to charge more than $1,000 to repair an issue that didn't exist, and who was able to "repair" our unit by sheer chance due to jiggling the wires so that the short was temporarily ungrounded to restart the A/C unit. Of course, we couldn't restart the unit again after that as the exposed wire remained. I only wish I had gone to Air Blue from the start!

I have been using Air Blue Heating and Cooling for the past several years, specifically, their repairman, Chris Lindquist. My HVAC system has been running flawlessly ever since plus he’s always available to answer any questions that I may have in between services. Great job!!

I contacted Air Blue for a furnace tune up. They were able to come the same day. My technician was very personable and knowledgeable. I had some parts that needed to be replaced and he explained the issues in easy to understand terms. I trusted his recommendations. The office staff is also very nice to deal with. I recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC repairs/replacements.

After 5 1/2 years from replacing of the entire A/C equipment (paying lots of money and 10 years warranty guarantee) it started liking. I called Air Blue and they hardly recognized their installation. And finally they said I lost the warranty because I didn’t pay for an inspection each year). So now I have to call another company to take care of my problem. People, stay away of Air Blue, Wheeling, Illinois.

Thanks for the great service! My A/C went out on a hot humid day so I called Air Blue the lady that answered the phone was super nice and she said I can get one of our guys to check your A/C in a couple of hours. They sent Chris it took him like 20 minutes to fix my A/C.

Air blue replaced a unico system in a tight space. Aside from the good price and quality work I appreciated the people. Everyone I spoke to was customer focused and kind.

They service all of our units at our complex. They always come through for us even when they're extremely busy with hot or cold spells. Their techs are knowledgeable and do a great job. Big shout out to Noel and Conrad. They've saved our butts. Recently also Gustavo came out and did a great job with another furnace having some condensate issues.

I, along with 3 other owners in my condo building, purchased air conditioners and/or heating systems. Subsequent to the installation, 3 other owners have contacted them for service/repair of their systems. In all instances, the service was fantastic from the office to the installers. I had different company for 15 years, and had no idea what great service was until Air Blue. They quoted a price on the Friday before Memorial Day, helped us get through the permit process with our local City Department and within two days of getting our permits, the systems were installed (all 4 on the same day).

I retired from a 28 year career in Customer Service, so I am very focused on the after sale service and follow-up. Air Blue is exceptional in this area and I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so because their feedback after their unit was serviced was thanks for the recommendation.

Friendly staff and technicians at a fair price. Air Blue replaced my HVAC system with a much more efficient and quieter system. They resolved a problem that wasn't their fault after install without hesitation. I would strongly recommend them for HVAC service or replacement.
