Air Blue Heating and Cooling

Our household is very grateful for the services provided. We had problems with our air conditioning unit on a weekend after returning home from vacation. We called on a Saturday night after 7 pm and had someone at the house the next morning (on a Sunday) by 7 am. Noel, our technician was punctual and very helpful when answering our concerns about our air conditioning. His service was finished promptly in under an hour and the house was cooling by the time he left. From the representative helping us schedule the appointments, to our appointment with Noel, everything was professional, quick and efficient!

Great experience overall. Replaced AC unit for second story of house. Came out the same day to give us quote, which was significantly less than another vendor. Scheduled install within two days. Technicians were friendly and professional. Install looks great and is working great. Would definitely use them again.

I recently had a good experience with Airblue, the service manager Jessie explained the potential hazards of a cracked heat exchanger which allowed me to be informed and educated, which led me to replace my unsafe furnace.

The issue was nothing major, the technician checked everything possible that could be the problem. He explained detail by detail.
