The communication from the jump was great. I received email and text message notifications regarding our service call so it kept me in the know. Our tech, Chris, was on time, very professional and educated our tenant on the matter! He even went above and beyond by showing what our tenant could do for preventative measures. The entire process was smooth from calling their office to schedule the appointment to making the final payment on the service Chris provided. Will definitely add this company to my list of professionals for our properties.

Air Blue has been maintaining and fixing my HVAC system for about 3 years now. Ever since the 10 year Four Seasons Installation warranty wore out. I had quite a few problems the last two years of my warranty with Four Seasons and was determined to find a new HVAC service. They seemed to charge me for everything as nothing that needed to be fixed was covered. Air Blue was recommended by a close friend and they now do all the maintenance/service these past few years. Chris has done a great job solving the problem quickly and getting us back up and running.

The install was a properly sized furnace and heat pump including humidifier, air filtration and a desired thermostat
The install took a little longer than expected and had a couple hiccups which were quickly corrected
Afterward staff came by and thoroughly cleaned our 50year old ductwork.
