I’ve been using CSL Climate since fall 2020 when they came to my rescue with an airflow issue that was impacting a newly installed furnace and water heater. They were kind and professional back then and continued to be every time they’ve come out to service the HVAC system since then. Most recently they came to service my water heater which was still acting up and helped me determine there was a manufacturer issue with it and get it replaced under warranty. Everyone - Chris, Les, Dom, Ryan - are all great and I recommend them to everyone.

Jose and his team were very professional and polite. They wore foot covers and/or covered the floor to keep things clean without me having to ask them. They did good work and the price offered was reasonable and within expectation. He gave me a variety of installation options and offered a quick schedule to get my new HVAC unit installed without having to worry about being without heat for the winter. Recommended. Thank you!

We had some issues with our hvac unit and CSL had Dominic come out. Dominic was able to identify the issue rather quickly and resolve. Dominic solved the issue but also took his time and was very thorough to make sure the whole unit was functioning as it should, both inside and out. He also took his time to explain everything and make sure I knew how it all works. Dominic knows his trade well, is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have been using CSL since we moved into our home 8 years ago and have always had a good experience with them. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and have taken care of my furnace & ac so I have never had any huge issues.

Dominic was very pleasant knowledgeable and efficient. He also helped me get my Nest device going which had not been used since prior owners lived here a few months ago.

Carla scheduled appointment for timely service. Josh could not have been more expert , friendly and mindful of our rugs and floors. Quickly diagnosed, installed new thermostat and answered my inquiries about the condition of my system, even hopping on the roof to quickly inspect my compressor system. It was all good and I scheduled a maintenance appointment with the office where they don't even need to come in my house. Quick, professional and very reasonable service I would highly recommend them. Dealt with my old house and system most expertly and professionally.

Just bought a house with a 26 year old A/C unit that needed to be replaced before it got warm out. Jose came out the day after I called him. He educated me as to what unit I needed in order to cool the right amount of space. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. He gave me a great price for a quality unit. A crew came out 2 days later on time and finished almost exactly at the time I was told. Jose met me at the end of the installation to walk me through what was done. Again, he educated me as to what the crew did inside and outside. He even explained that the crew proactively installed the unit in a particular way that would make it easy to be serviced in the future. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service from start to finish.

My furnace went out during the cold weather and I needed a new one ASAP. I was recommended this place and let me tell you, they were a BLESSING! They came out immediately for a quote.

Jose (Their "comfort Advisor") was very courteous and wasn't trying to "sell" me anything but was very honest with my options to either; fix my furnace or to buy a whole new system, since it was 17 years old. I opted to buy a whole new Furnace & AC system. They came out quickly and ON TIME! The installers (Dima & Janusz) both very nice gentlemen, answered all my questions and explained my LENNOX HVAC system with all the new features.

Since it was snowing...yes snowing on the day they went on the roof to install the new AC and inside furnace (I live in a condo complex) they laid out drop cloths on my hardwood floors to not track in slush, they were courteous to keep the back door closed while entering and exiting and cleaned up everything, they left NOTHING behind, no plastic from the equipment, little pieces of piping, etc. I was VERY impressed with their service !

Jose (Comfort Advisor) checked in with me to see how things were going during the installation and if I had any questions. He also contacted me after they left and the next day to see if I was pleased with how the HVAC was working. Jose filled out my warranty with LENNOX for me and emailed my certificate along with all the paperwork. I appreciated this gesture so much because I forget to register for warranties.

Their customer service is AMAZING and I recommend this business 100%. I cannot say enough about my experience with them and I will definitely tell my friends and family about CSL!!! I am nice and toasty warm during this cold season! thank you again!!!

José was so helpful, honest and straightforward in planning for a total system replacement of our furnace and air conditioner. He was really helpful, even pointed out flaws in the way our system previously was set up and helped us totally fix our system to make it work way better than it ever had with the right equipment, a total system purification system.... We can now speak outside our house when the air conditioner is running (we couldn't before, it was so loud) and have a dependable and properly installed system. We are super grateful and working with him and the men who did the installation was as painless as it could have been.

We hired CSL to install a Spacepak air conditioning system in our 106 year old home - I’m so glad we had CSL do the work. Jose walked the house, put together a great proposal with different options; pricing was better than the other companies we contacted, they did the work on time and for the exact price they quoted. Jose was out at our house constantly checking on his crew’s progress and making sure everything was done right. After the system was up and running, he checked in over the next few days to ensure everything was running well and the house was cooling as designed/expected. They worked with us to maximize routing/installing ducts through interior walls instead of through open closets, which was a priority for us in an older home where closet space is at a premium. Jose/CSL handled all permit submittals and inspections. Just a big, professional outfit that was a pleasure to work with!
