Air Blue Heating and Cooling

We had our AC and Furnace replaced and Air Blue did a great job. It was a very easy process on getting the information we needed in order to have our work done. Since we financed through Nicor, Deborah in the office was so helpful and informative and really helped me understand what needed to be done and kept me in the loop about everything. Everyone here has been very pleasant to work with and we are very happy with the services that were provided.

I had a very positive experience with Air Blue for an air-condition unit i bought for the best price in the market at the time 2 years ago.
I went back recently to use their service also for my furnace and their ultimate estimate when compared apples to apples was again great! aside from the fact that they explained every detail such that i was able to see the real differences between the units and the options i had from different providers. You can rest assured that they will work with you to give you the best deal possible and with no pressure.

Had an issue with my heating system. Chris L came out and immediately went to work. He broke the issue down for me to understand, was extremely knowledgeable and had the issue resolved in no time! Will continue to refer and only request Chris in the future.

Air Blue replaced my air conditioner a few years ago, and I was pleased with the results. When my furnace broke down, I contacted Air Blue, and the repair was finished the same day. So far I am very satisfied with Air Blue and their Technicians

Today I have my home’s central AC system (Carrier) replaced by Air Blue. I am new to Air Blue and become very impressed on the following facts:
1). they are knowledgeable and responsive. Konrad knows my community and quoted the exact units (Carrier compressor and evaporation coil) and price over the phone. The office has been quick and effective to answer questions and solve issues with no delay.
2). they are fast. I received a quote within two hours, and have the installation completed on next day.
3). the installation work is complete and professional.
4). the price is very competitive.
To me Air Blue’s service “exceeding your expectations but never your budget”. I recommend Air Blue highly and will use them again.

We've been using Air Blue for years and they are fantastic. The same technician, Chris, comes out every 6 months to perform the annual maintenance on our furnace and AC. Prices are reasonable and he is efficient and honest about any repairs we might need.

Chris provided excellent service. When he arrived he inspected our heating unit and determined that we had parts that required immediate replacement. Our unit is covered under a home warranty policy. We called in for repair authorization. Brett provided details and pricing of the parts and obtained approval. He then completed the repairs and issued an invoice that we are submitting to the warranty company for reimbursement. We are a loyal Air Blue Heating and Cooling customer. We also appreciate Wendy's professionalism regarding scheduling service and the email received just prior to Brett's arrival showing his picture so we could positively identify him upon arrival. He called when en route and advised as to his arrival time. We highly recommend Air Blue!

I have used several of the "big name" HVAC companies over the past five years. By far, Air Blue has excelled way above the other companies. I use Air Blue for my personal home HVAC and for my business HVAC. They are terrific. I get the same technician for my house (Chris). He is so very thorough. He knows what I need and does an amazing job. When I sold my last house and was going through all the inspection steps, he helped tremendously with answering the realtor and buyer's questions above my HVAC. Their front office also had to fax over receipts to the buyer's realtor and they were fast and happy to do this for me. It was such a big help that they did this to expedite the sale. Chris also did a great job when I moved into my new house last year doing an independent inspection before I bought the house and uncovering some issues my realtor's inspector missed. Their office staff answer right away when I call and they also respond to emails quickly. They even sent me a get well card and gift when they found out I fell and broke my foot. How nice is that? Just saying, they're nice people in addition to being excellent HVAC experts. I highly recommend Air Blue!

Apparently they don't even guarantee their work for 24 hours! Terrible you call the company and they give you the run around. I would never use them EVER again. I will NEVER give anyone their name either. Buyer Beware! Hope you like throwing money out b/t they will NOT stand by their work. When you question them you get the runaround. Used another company to fix my furnace and its been working since!
