They did a great job!! Definitey call them for ANY plumbing heating or cooling questions or jobs! On time, professional, and very fast at what they do! They repaired the thermostats on our electric water heater and repaired my dryer vent line at an affordable price!! Great group of guys!

I have used them on several occasions, from a leaking pipe, to a repair on a hot water heater, and last visit was for a non working central air unit. They are always quick to make the appointment, arrive on time, do outstanding work and they are very reasonable price wise. Dogtown was fast and responsive when our furnace stopped working; I contact on a Sunday afternoon and the repair was finished Monday before lunch. Honest assessment of current furnace state, no aggressive upsell. Will definitely go back for future repairs and HVAC purchases.

I called on a Sunday when we woke up with no heat and they were immediately responsive. I had someone here within the hour. We have used Dogtown now for four years of maintenance on our home, and they just completed a complete new install of plumbing and heating into our shed. They also fixed a plumbing issue easily that I was told must be completed by drilling into the wall! All it took was a different hose for my stove! I will go with no one else for plumbing and AC/Heating work. 110% recommend!

Dogtown helped us with a plumbing issue in our 100+ year old Victorian house. It was not an easy problem to diagnose or fix, but they were persistent and continued working with us until the issue was resolved. Three weeks ago Dogtown installed our new HVAC system, the Lennox EL296UHV gas furnace, efficiency rating 96, the Lennox Elite XC20 air conditioner (SEER 20), with an Aprilaire whole-house humidifier and their smart thermostat. Within the first few days following the installation, all of us, my husband, our son, and I all noticed the house seemed more comfortable, with the heat more evenly distributed throughout, even though the thermostat setpoints were the same as our old system.
My husband & I decided to replace our old system before it failed. I didn't want the old furnace to die during a polar vortex, when we would need to buy whichever furnace was in stock. We wanted a high-efficiency system for the environment's sake, and a reliable one for our sake. We looked for a company with NATE certified technicians.
We gathered three quotes. Two companies were represented by one of the owners, who were experienced installers; Jeremy from Dogtown was one of these. He was able to identify problems with our existing system, and describe the work he would do. (The description of the problems was echoed by the other company's co-owner). Dogtown's estimate was the middle one.
The new equipment solved the problems. The installation required 6 hours; one of the workers had predicted 4-6 hours. Jeremy and his employees were knowledgeable (able to answer our questions), professional, and prompt. We would recommend Dogtown for anyone who needs HVAC work.
Of course, we haven't used the AC yet, and it will take time to figure out how the new system affects our bill. Our water usage will increase because we included the humidifier, but our home is more comfortable. After we turn on the AC, I plan to update this review.

Dogtown was great! Had an issue with my ac and the tech was able to come out the same day I called. I was at work and asked for a phone call or text prior to their arrival and they did just that giving me enough time to get home. I would highly recommend these guys when you need them! Thank you!
