Received six bids for a new HVAC system. Decided on Rose, and am please to have done so. As an engineer, I know how critical an installation is for HVAC system. Robert, Nolan, and Louis were methodical beyond my expectations. They worked together seamlessly to install the units and calibrate all the settings. No detail was left untouched, and the final installation was superb. I highly recommend them for their commitment to detail and excellence.

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. My A/C broke the night before a heat-advisory day with heat indices up to 104. I called Rose at 8am, and they were at my house by 8:30 and had the A/C fixed in an hour. The technician showed me what went wrong, taught me how to clean and maintain my A/C, and made recommendations for what to look for in the future. A great experience!

We have had our new Bryant a/c system operating since mid-April, and are very pleased with it.

For starters, Mr. Rose did an outstanding job of supplying information, along with a quote that was quite reasonable. Bryant equipment is made by Carrier and is considered top-quality, and that was a big plus. Rose’s quote for a Bryant system bettered or equaled the quotes we got from other good makers such as American Standard.

We went with the multi-stage unit rather than the cheaper single-stage or two-stage, and it has definitely delivered on the promises. I keep track of daily electric usage in my home, and comparing the old system (probably a SEER 7 or 8) to the new one (SEER 19) on days with comparable temperatures, there is a fifty percent or more drop in daily electric usage attributable to the a/c.

It also really does regulate humidity as claimed, and that was important to us. I actually bought a large room dehumidifier to solve this problem when we bought the house three years ago. But the new system cools slowly when the outside temperature is only a little warm, and sometimes it runs on a “dehumidify only” cycle. It works.

I highly recommend Rose Heating & Air.

Rose has just replaced my furnace and air conditioning. Have been very impressed throughout this process, starting with how quickly they put together a detail proposal and estimate. The job was on their schedule within days of my agreeing to the very reasonable terms. The techs were great, working very hard the entire time they were on my property, doing a neat and thorough job with the installation and leaving my house as clean as it was when they arrived (maybe cleaner...) Very happy with the results.

Very happy with the service we received from Rose. We called Rose when another company didn't show up for a scheduled appointment to check why our radiators weren't warming up. Rose did have to make two visits before the issue was resolved, but both of the technicians were very pleasant to work with (as well as Chelsea at the office). Thanks to Rob we know now our boiler is piped differently and that the system must be bled of air in a specific way. Rob also pointed out a few other things that we could fix in the boiler that would improve the system operation but was not pushy about scheduling work for anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. If you have a boiler, I highly recommend Rose, as Rob was very knowledgeable!

Brrrr! When I woke up this morning(Feb 8th) it was quite cool in our house. I discovered the furnace was not running and determined it was beyond my skill level to address the problem. I called Rose Heating & AC at 9:40. (They did original HVAC install in 2004) Service Tech arrived at 10:00, diagnosed the problems and by 10:30 confirmed replacement parts availability, cost and cost to install. He also provided price to replace the 18 year old furnace today! I opted for the new furnace. The installers arrived at 12:30 as promised. By 3:30 the new furnace was installed and warming our chilly home!

Thanks to the Rose Heating & AC team for their prompt, courteous and cost effective service! These guys know how to take care of customers!

We really felt like we were getting the best option for our personal situations and comfort requirements. The day of install went smoothly and the workers were courteous and clean.
