Highly recommend. Great service and all the guys were super polite and very respectful. Answered all the questions we had and are very detailed in their work. Explained how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with our new system.

We had a great experience with Rose. Our A/C went down during an unseasonably warm period in the middle of the spring. To add to the trouble, we were in the middle buying the home. The staff was professional, prompt, and very accommodating. We will definitely continue to use Rose in the future.

Our experience with Rose Heating and Air Conditioning was by far the most painless and friendliest experience I've ever had with a contractor. From the moment they answered my initial phone call they were extremely knowledgeable and polite. And that never waivered over the course of interaction with any of the employees from the owner, to the office staff, to any one of their (approx 10 I believe) hard working and knowledeable technicians. The large "chunk of change" that I was investing in my families comfort was worth every penny. My wife and I couldn't be happier and have since referred all of our family and friends. They never used any pressure sales tactics and offered us several options to fit any budget. We truly enjoyed the fact that Rose Heating and Air Conditioning has always been a family owned and operated business. We love to support our local businesses as so many are quick today to sell out to large corporations. You can tell the amount of pride that this organization has in their work and they truly remember that their family name is on every piece of work they complete. Give this company a try and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Woke up in the morning and my furnace had quit working overnight. Called Rose for repair and Robert U. arrived with 1 1/2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed thermostat. Perfect time to upgrade to a new smart thermostat, which I had been wanting to do for a while anyway. Robert performed maintenance on the furnace and found a capacitor that was failing. He installed the new thermostat, got me logged in and showed me how to operate. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Rose Heating and A/C and decided to sign up for the annual maintenance program.

Made a service call to Rose Heating and Air last night and left a message. I was called promptly at 8am this morning. Elizabeth was extremely helpful. Listened very well and offered friendly advice. She asked me all the right questions and got me the help I needed. I was able to make an appointment for today. Rob (Service Dept Manager) was sent to my house for the service call. The appointment was at 3:30. He pulled in my driveway right at 3:30. The service call could not have gone better. He listened to my every word. He explained in detail what he was going to do and did exactly that. I asked multiple question which all were answered to my satisfaction. He found the problem and explained what my options were.
I’ve never had a more professional HVAC service call in my life. I felt like I was being told the truth about the condition of my HVAC system. I feel that I was treated with respect. I also feel that the services that was provided was reasonable and I got 100% what I was asking for. I’m not sure how they compare to other HVAC businesses price wise, but I don’t really care. I could not be more satisfied with how I was treated by Rose Heating and Air. I will be a life long customer. Thank you Rob and Elizabeth.

We have a really old boiler system for our radiated heat. Recently, our sump pump went out which flooded our basement and ultimately caused our boiler to have a total meltdown. Rob was excellent. He went through all of our options so we could make the best decision, fixed our boiler much more quickly than we expected and came in under what we were quoted. He has also previously hooked up a new smart thermostat to work with our ancient system. They're knowledgeable about everything from the oldest of systems to the newest of devices. We've used them for a few years now and can't recommend them highly enough.

Travis and his team have stepped up to help me and other contractors over the course of the years! They are honest and fair. I can't think of a better company to use when it comes to heating or air conditioning. Thanks for all you do in the community!

Fast, efficient service at a very reasonable price. I've fallen victim to the "great low rate" scam from 2 other local companies on more than one occasion. Will never call anyone except Rose again!
