I recently just had Rose replace my furnace and A/C unit. As a new homeowner and first time doing this I got about 4 estimates. Rose, from step A (Calling for an estimate) to step Z (Cleaning up after themselves after installation) Travis and his team was absolutely nothing short of being professional and giving the upmost customer service that you can imagine. I had A LOT of questions for Travis and he sat down and answered every single one in detail leaving no room for doubt or questioning exactly what to expect from his company. Rose H&A installed a Mini-Split system in our Master Bedroom as well as another Return for the HVAC system in a home that we are remodeling before we move in to. When I arrived after work (unexpectedly to them) to see how the installation was progressing, I was surprised to see the installers cleaning up to go home. They completely finished the job in less than one day! Both installers took the time to show me and explain to me what was involved with the installation of the Return and then with the installation of the Mini-Split, even to the point of going through the Operation manual and showing me all the features. Not once did I get the feeling that my questions were a bother to them nor that they were in a hurry to leave. Also, the installation of both are of excellent quality. Thanks Guys!

In the midst of a heatwave and a crazy busy time for HVAC professionals, Travis Rose gave us a competitive quote on a replacement geothermal heat pump, promised installation by the July 4th weekend, and made it happen. It's now 4:45 pm on July 1st, and the 3 man Rose crew finished about an hour ago, leaving us with a new Bryant Geothermal unit that already has our house feeling cool and dry for the first time in weeks. Textbook professionals, highly recommended.
