Dogtown Heating, Air & Plumbing

Very prompt. Very quick. Very professional. My coil had frozen and I needed a recharge on my freon. They showed up on time and performed the fix very quickly. I already have my next service scheduled for next year and my AC is running great since they came out. Will primarily use Dogtown going forward for my AC, Heating, and Plumbing needs now.

The service techs were very helpful and prompt in installing a new water heater. They arrived early within the stated time windows which was appreciated. Their estimate was several hundred less than other quotes we received.

Within the past couple of weeks I had two things that Dogtown took care of. I had a water-powered sump pump backup installed, along with a monitoring/alarm system. A couple of weeks later, my water heater went out and they installed a new one. Both taken care of quickly and conveniently. Professional installation at it's finest as you can tell by the pictures. I have used Dogtown multiple times in the past and they continue to impress me with their service and professionalism. I have zero hesitation to contact them for any service that they offer.

Immediate response, made appointment for service, rapid problem assessment, quick repair and installation. Courteous service, reasonable cost, and then I had HEAT! Definitely recommend their service and would happily use again. Could not ask for more.

Called on Friday afternoon,before Christmas and even though they were covered up to managed to get Nathan out. He did an awesome job getting our heat back on. Will definitely use Dogtown in the future.

Trustworthy company that works to provide honest work for an honest price. They want the customer to be happy and it comes across when they are communicating and working with you.

Our downstairs bathroom backed up and flooded part of our basement. The original service people we called did not diagnose or fix the issue and we had to call another company. We had previously used Dogtown for a furnace repair and they were amazing. If we had realized they did plumbing issues as well we would have called them first. We called and they came out quickly on a Saturday and immediately got to work diagnosing and fixing the issue. Josh was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. For a Saturday call the service charge was incredibly reasonable. We are very pleased with this company and will continue to use them for any issues that we have.

Dogtown Heating is a local contractor that can be trusted to be responsive and do a good job. They installed a tankless water heater for me and the did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier!

We always have a great experience with the gentlemen at Dogtown Heating, Air, & Plumbing. My first concern is that I will be overpriced due to past experiences. We received a prior estimate for a faucet leak, and another company added unrealistic pricing and services unnecessarily. I however went with my instinct of not to go with the service. Dogtown advised there was nothing actually wrong at all, just to simply tighten the screw on the faucet, which saved us $550 in unnecessary fees. Our heating maintenance issue was fixed, and future recommendations giving with explanations. Our past experience was also with a kitchen sink leak was fixed expeditiously. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and on time service. No gimmicks or dishonest overpricing. People will pay for services when there is honesty and trust.
