Furnace stopped working on a day when temps were well below freezing. Called them at 9pm, they arrived at 10pm. Furnace was back to functioning around 10:30pm. Very friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable given the timing and circumstances. Would highly recommend.

I felt the response time warrants four stars. But the price/cost was double what I expected. Especially since the part was available for $312 dollars and they charged $664.00 installed. Plus $89 for an initial “service call” that lasted less than five minutes.

Matt was awesome. I called at 7am they had Matt out to me within the hour. Then when he didn't have what he needed he was back out same day. Great service, great price. They made me feel valued and will have my service forever.

Dustin came to perform regular maintenance on our furnace, can not say enough about him. He was friendly, and professional. He found an issue that was going on with our furnace and went above and beyond to get the part and fix it right away. Would highly recommend Dogtown.

I called because our furnace was making a noise. They came out in about 2 hours. Diagnosed the motor was bad, checked everything out. Went got the new motor and installed it. Very happy with the service and maintenance.

These guys are absolutely the best in the area. They are upfront, honest, and have your problem fixed in no time. I was using another local appliance, heating and cooling company in the area, which would take for ever to fix any problem, days on end waiting for part, you name it. Not Dogtown!!! They are on the ball!! Dog town will actually take time to educate a customer as well, on future maintenance, and explaining what went wrong and how they will fix it,

Very timely! They were able to come out same day to look at our water system which was cycling pressure. Professional and courteous all around! Dogtown was back for my annual maintenance, changed filters and serviced both units. They work around my schedule and are always prompt. I won’t use anyone else.

I called Dogtown Heating, Air and Plumbing about a water leak in my crawl space and within 2 hours they sent James Pangle to find the leak and do the repairs. He completed the job quickly at a reasonable cost.
